The room was very clean and had a modern feel to it. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Loved the hot breakfast every morning. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I will choose the property again in the future for trips to the Renaissance Faire.

Handicap shower was a little odd. I liked the size of it and the built in shower chair. Would have been perfect if there were a shower curtain to keep the water from getting all over the bathroom floor.

Had to stand at the front desk to check in for 10-12 min. while desk clerk tried to converse with an unhappy customer on the phone. Would have been nice to have a backup person to assist us after a long, tiring trip. Children running in halls slamming doors just before midnight, with one little girl screaming so loud she rewoke me at 12:15 a.m.

The free breakfast was a great bonus. The selection included yogurt tubs, toast, pancakes, cereals, apples, pastries and an hot selection etc. The Denny’s in the gas station next store was ideal for dinner. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well thought out with plenty of hooks and small conveniences, as well as very comfortable beds (firm not squishy).

Staff were clearly underresourced at the breakfast. Location is in the outskirts of Nephi so convenient for a road trip stop, but you don’t see Nephi unless you drive in there. Not a pretty location. Reception staff were polite but not particularly friendly or engaging.

We stay here a ton for youth baseball and basketball tourneys. It’s a really nice hotel! The staff & breakfast are great! We always have a good stay here.

The price- they can charge way too much being the only good hotel in Nephi, so they do. We had no parking- had to finally park in the electric charging parking spots.

It was right where we needed it to be for our trip to Great Basin the following day. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The gym was small but adequate. There are not many dining options near by, but there are some.

This reservation is advertised as a two room suite. It is not. There is only one room with two beds and a bathroom. This is what is shown in the photos, but the headline is deceiving.

Lovey new hotel (Nov 2022). Very clean, comfy and air con worked well. Friendly staff. Standard American breakfast. Only stopped one night so did not get chance to use the pool or fitness centre - but looked good

This is a comment on all 9 hotels we stayed in during our trip (Denver, South Dakota, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef and Las Vegas. The wastage of plastic/cardboard plates and cups and the plastic cutlery now used (after Covid?!) for breakfast is appalling - there appears to be no recycling going on at all. If you want to save the planet, pack your own plates and cutlery and take washing up liquid. Nephi is tiny - don't bother with the restaurant just up the road, rude staff who gave menus and expected immediate answer and check/bill given before we had finished first (only) course. Bring sandwiches!

We were eating breakfast and at some point the staff had to rearrange the room so we were left eating with a single table at the whole room and lots of noise around. Pretty weird and uncomfortable. Was a bit difficult to find parking spot.

Great location, Clean hotel, pool and hot tub for the kids. Nearby restaurants. The staff were helpful and Manager is exceptional.

I got billed through booking.com, I also got charged through the hotel, so I ended up paying double. They said they would talk to the manager about our late check out as opposed to a second night charge and instead double charged. The manager was very prompt on getting back to me and getting things resolved. Excellent customer service and explanation of the policies. Thank you!!

Easy to find off busy interstate road. Friendly welcome and staff at breakfast time exceptionally friendly. Room quiet clean and very big. Shower room was beautiful well laid out and good quality products.

The newness and the decor of the room and bathroom

Brkfst. At 7:30 a.m. there was no coffee at breakfast . 2 canisters empty of regular! No sausage gravy for the biscuits. Just a tablespoon left in the cooker. Had to wait when we needed to be on the road. Room was impressionable, however.
