I don’t have specific things to say but the place was nice and the pool was good.

The first day we went to the place the front desk was very rude he didn’t wanna give us the pool pass and he lied about the pool being closed because we didn’t pay for all 4 nights when we first arrived. He was very rude and he refused to change the bedding. He was also disrespectful but after he left we had a great time because the other employees treated us with respect and kindness.

Their pool is not for families. It did not state when booking it that it was a semi Olympic pool. Don’t even know what that means but they did not let us swim unless we had a swim cap on. I’m allergic to latex and I came from overseas so I didn’t have anything with me to cover my hair. Had I known, I wouldn’t have booked a room here and rather elsewhere that I can swim freely like other hotels. And I asked to speak to the manager because they forced us to buy a swim cap but why should we when we didn’t know that it was a requirement! They gave us just the one swim cap to borrow and then give back to them. They couldn’t even afford to just give us the swim cap complimentary after being an inconvenience. Thus I couldn’t swim and paid for a hotel primarily for the pool. When I told them this they gave me a look like it was preposterous. Coming from Canada and being with families that choose to book hotels with pools, I don’t think it’s ridiculous at all. Had it stayed online that these are the requirements then I could’ve come prepared. The pool manager was also very entitled and thought this was our fault as it like a normal thing in Algeria. It’s not. I’ve stayed many other hotels and it’s not as strict and not understanding as this place. Left a very bad taste with me and I won’t come back and if you have kids, I think you should stay elsewhere as they’re not accommodating when it’s their fault it’s not stated on their website. With the exception of the young men at the reception, everyone else’s service there was very poor.

I struggeled to send my clothes to lundry.
