The staff and the location were great.

I can’t say that I disliked anything, but I do have a recommendation for the team at Hotel Armon for the future: to be more transparent regarding the facilities. For example, on Booking, it is stated that the spa area (sauna and pool) is included in the price. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that only the first evening was included, and for the rest, we had to pay. Fortunately, we were able to negotiate this aspect, and we greatly appreciate the responsiveness of the management team.

The new fit-out in the rooms and general facilities were lovely. The buffet breakfast was also great before a bog day skiing. Location was fantastic!

In our experience, the rooms weren't very soundproof and we heard alot of noise from the corridor leak through to our room. The booking.com booking also had our room listed with a balcony. But when we arrived we were only given a room with a window (no balcony). However, we were happy with our room, so didn't raise this with staff to give them the opportunity to rectify.

Our stay was for one week. The room was always clean. We have been using pool everyday. Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice everyday. Ski room is big. Hotel it’s 2 minutes from ski lift and for us that was the most important thing. Overall we are pleased. Grazie

Very good location close to the Folgarida ski lift. The facility is well-equipped, with a ski room in the building, the possibility to use the spa after a day of skiing, spacious rooms, and good breakfasts.

Less chlorine in the pool because my eyes were stinging a lot after swimming.

Nice comfortable hotel close to the ski lift and local restaurant. Good Spa and swimming pool facilities.

The location was good with convenient access to everything. The breakfast was well-prepared, and the heated rooms made the stay warm and comfortable. They have a 5 pm aperitivo offering free food which was good.

Our stay at this hotel was a little disappointing, especially for the price we paid. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly, and even after reporting the issue for two days, the connection remained unreliable. Housekeeping was poorly managed, as the cleaning staff only came late in the afternoon, which forced us to leave the room and wait downstairs while they cleaned. When they finally cleaned, it was done poorly. The telephone in the room didn’t work, making it difficult to communicate with the staff. Additionally, the rooms were poorly soundproofed, and we could hear everything from neighboring rooms, which disrupted our rest. The parking situation was also frustrating. Entering the garage required using an intercom, and it always took far too long for someone to respond. Also there was a strong sewage smell in the room that was very unpleasant. Overall, it’s clear that the hotel is not prepared to handle a large number of guests yet, as basic services and amenities are not up to standard.

The half board option was too expensive esp with a young child. The hotel discounted the parking but really should be free just like the spa esp in the non busy times. The room location was noisy due to a school group booking. Hotel provided complimentary water. The staff were helpful.
