Great location, easy smooth check in, good parking, quiet at night, handicap access bathroom/shower.

Side entry door unlocked 24/7 despite requests made to staff. Very unsafe -staff promised to have it locked so only room key entry was available, but chose not to do it. When confronted about the issue in the morning, the manager expressed surprise, but was very unconvincing. Breakfast was sparse and depressing. Despite featuring a spa and pool, it was inoperable for the second year in a row?

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating since we arrived late from an event. The breakfast and staff were excellent and keping the food hot with nice variety.

I wish their would have been a microwave in the rooms . I arrived late and tired and only wanted to warm some soup but was not able to so had to leave hotel and try to find a restaurant that had some that late at night. It was a inconvenience.

Location perfect - close to highway, but secluded and rural. Staff friendly and helpful. Room totally clean. All appliances in good working order.

Breakfast was horrible as to hot items - frightening scrambled eggs and greasy sausage patties - yuck! Trash barrels outside overflowing with lots of trash on the ground around them.

The motel was easy to find, the room quality very good and quiet. The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful, very nice man. I loved everything about this stay.

They advertised a breakfast but do to renovations they didn’t have it.

The room was great the employee when checked in wasn't the best but the ones that was there when checked out was great.

That the checked in person didn't seem friendly and messed up the payment situation

The location was close to the venue I was going back and forth too.

I was charged extra for a night that needed to be cleared up. It was eventually corrected. But I'm still waiting on the correction to hit my account. Also I didn't enjoy the breakfast I felt it could have been more of a variety of food.

The facility is attractive and stylish. The beds are very comfortable and it is easy to regulate the temperature in the room. I always stay there when traveling from Chicago west. The price is excellent.

The carpet near the elevator is a bit shabby looking.

Seemed fairly new. Very clean. Nice comfy room. Friendly staff. Great price.

Elevator was not in or near the lobby. Like almost complete opposite side of hotel. Huge kitchen in lobby not used. Very limited cold continental breakfast. Charge $5 for room bottled water.

The cleanliness good inside. However trash by backdoor No.3. Courtyard totally overgrown. Our partio was dirty and had cat poop under the chairs. Exterior building needed mowing and triming.

Breakfast good.
