Hotel was a lot better than what I expected. Was clean and the bed was comfy. Good amenities provided along with Fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery. Room was small but we expected it to be as such since it's HK. Really pleased with our stay.

Room was really spacious, clean and nice but the shower floor needs to be cleaned more also, it took half of the room. Shuttle bus to nearby areas would be good.

Clean, comfortable, good location

The room was quite spacious, nice and clean, comfortable for 2 people. Has a lot of storage room. Room gets cleaned daily. Location is a couple blocks from the Mong Kok MTR station and shopping area. Has water filter for drinking. Vending machine available on the ground floor, if you need midnight snacks or drinks.

Bathroom is clean and very decent but materials used for flooring/shower area made it looking a bit worn off. No bidets on toilets.

We love the hotel's venue because it's conveniently close and walkable to various transportation options, including buses and trains to and from Disneyland, and the ferry terminal to Macau. Additionally, it's just a few minutes' walk to the Ladies' Market, where we buy pasalubong. Moreover, the facility is exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly nice, especially compared to other locations we visited in Hong Kong.

Location is close to Mongkok, environment is with many building supply shops, make it less interesting.

Minor improvements needed e.g. door hinges are not closed or opened at ease. Even the toilet cover is improperly set (off centered).

We had morning flight and arrived at the hotel around 7am, the staffs were nice enough for us to check in then without waiting till the afternoon. We were surprised to find out there was a reverse osmosis water filter system in the room with temperature settings. Besides that, there were plates, bowls, utensils, microwave, fridge, air purifier, and safe. Also there were rooms for luggage underneath the beds. The room was not too big but had everything we need. Bathroom was clean and the cleaning lady was very nice and friendly. MTR station was a few minutes walk, and the "fruits street" was just across the street. Walking distance to the Lady's market. Very convenient location. We will definitely stay here next time we visit HK.

Location was great for exploring. Lots of markets and restaurants just a short walk away.
