You can hear all sorts of noises early morning like staff talking to each other, or when CLeaning next door. I also would like to put a complaint in please- 25th of may was a wedding event at your place. 27th may I had noticed my branded “Charlotte tilbury “ foundation went missing from my room, it was definitely stolen from house keeping. I did not complain in the day as I thought I will clear the room myself just incase I find it, but unfortunately it wasn’t nowhere to be found. It’s a very expensive item and am very upset.

Am planning on coming back Tim December with family but now I am unsure after my expensive item of foundation got stolen.Hope something can be done about this.room No 513

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Bharuch and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself is modern and very well-maintained, and I was impressed by the high standard of cleanliness throughout. Its location is also ideal for exploring the city, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend the Hyatt in Bharuch for a comfortable and pleasant visit

Loveeeeed this hotel. Excellent hotel in every aspect, from cleanliness to the layout of the rooms but most of all the staff from Bella, Ikram,Swarnali,Rahul,Hetal, and not forgetting Badal and dilip who were always so helpful, polite and always went way beyond and made us feel like royalty. They are the ones who make you want to come back again and again. I will definitely recommend the hotel to others in the future.

Service levels exceptionally high. Listening skills are excellent and quick to accommodate.

It’s disappointing that they do not have chairs in the garden as I and brother had to sit on the dwarf wall which is not great when you have issues with your vertebra-this was only exacerbating this so time in garden was limited .

This is where the modern hotel, probably by volume of trade year round, scores over holiday type accommodation. A scrupulously clean hotel with pleasant staff: the weary traveller asks no more.

Breakfast start at 0630, I would prefer 0600 as indias traffic now starts earlier. I was offered coffee and croissants which I refused as I was anxious over traffic which is accelerating. I will use again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt. Excellent rooms, it's a new hotel. The best part was the people who worked there who were so polite and helpful. They made you feel like royalty every time you walked out from opening doors and helping with the luggage, especially Ikram, Bella, Swarnali, Rahul, Hetal, Badal and Dilip.

Nothing to dislike, everything worked as it should do. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent, the rooms are exceptionally clean, can’t fault anyone or anything concerning the hotel.

Nothing to dislike directly about the hotel. Noise from a local worksite near the rear of the hotel did extend into the evening and was obvious. I anticipate there is little the hotel can do about this and I’m not suggesting the hotel are at fault here.

It was a great value for money. The staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Bharuch

Very nice Hotel in Bharuch I think one of the best in the area. I can only recommend it for any visitor. Comparing to EU the price for Hyatt is cheap. Dinner is very Indian driven, but if you want and you asked the employer one day earlier you can get some food regarding to your whiches.

One night the electricity has failed. I'm not sure if this is normal in this area.

Clean, safe hotel with basic rooms. Pretty new overall in style.

The lighting was a bit confusing in the room. Some switches toggle both up and down to alter lighting. But not all switches did that so it was a bit of a guessing game. Bathroom door has a automatic closure so you can't keep it open easily which means it gets humid and musty. But not that big a deal. Overall a good stay.
