The front desk person was very pleasant and welcoming. Not a perfunctory greeting at all. He told us about the hiking trail near by and gave good directions on how to access it. The room was clean and tidy with sufficient toiletries for our stay. Breakfast was great with a nice selection. We appreciated the 24 hour coffee and the afternoon cookies. Nice touches. The common area was clean and quiet.

There was an air conditioner near the second floor elevator with quite a chilly setting (especially for the colder months) that was a bit jarring.

It was clean and one of them he nicest hotels in Hamilton. I liked that the hotel’s pool was 24 hours and the fitness center. And that they had a laundry facility there. If you get bored you can go next door wand grab a bite to eat for dinner. It was a liquor store, bar and a tiny Casino in one. We had a great stay also a trail right next the hotel to walk around.

There was nothing I didn’t like about it.

The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and ready a little early so I could check in before 3:00. The entire site is very beautiful and you can tell they care about guest's experiences.

The breakfast was lackluster. I understand it's free and all, but the gravy was not heated and tasted very bland- I would likely stick to pre-packaged food next time.

The breakfast had many choices for adults and children. Well prepared and presented. Lots of choices, and the staff was very accommodating. Wonderful pool area and the setting near the river was wonderful.

The only thing I noticed in the pool area was that the surface around the pool was slippery when wet, I almost slipped getting out of the pool and caught myself on the handrail.

The hotel felt safe, it was clean, staff was friendly. Loved that hotel was close to a great nature park!

Price was a bit high when compared to other hotels I've stayed in with similar amenities. Room price didn't seem to reflect occupancy.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Cookies at 7pm, great breakfast bar with waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage and continental items. 24/7 coffee/ tea bar. And 24 hr indoor pool/spa/sauna. Beautiful views of the mountains. What's not to love?

The location is excellent. It has a great fitness room. The staff is friendly. There is a restaurant next door. There is a great walking trail along the river.

The bed was a little aged. There were dogs on the same floor as me this time. I like to stay where pets do not.

The continental breakfast was very good with many choices. We didn't eat the same breakfast every day because of the large variety of food which was offered.

the breakfast was great, the coffee was good and breakfast hours were long which is nice, I didn't have to rush to get something to eat.

the absence of a bathroom fan weird, I would prefer a fan to vent out steam and odor. The carpeting is in need of cleaning.

Comfortable and clean hotel with sauna, pool, jacuzzi, nice breakfast. If you want to stay in the Hamilton area, this is where you go. The sports bar next door is surprisingly nice with great food and a patio for drinks.

Rooms are a little dark but still in good shape.
