Fabulous accommodation, restaurant & bar - the staff were delightful, and the half board hotel food so beautifully ‘French’. There’s not much there other than the hotel, but you don’t go to the mountains to be near to a supermarket! Fabulous value for money. Mountains are quite stunning.

Wifi even phone signal strength is quite poor, so just make preparations for anything before you go.

Perfect place to relax away from the cities. The village is a heaven of peace, surrounded by mountains and natural beauty. The staff was amazing and helpful. A particular thanks to the reception staff who saved my wife who was suffering from asthma. You saved our holidays. A million thanks.

The hotel is in a very quiet location, reached after a scenic drive through the hills. Staff were extremely friendly and the food was excellent – all served in a beautiful historic building. Just note: dinner needs to be reserved in advance! The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, with many fellow motorcycle travelers and safe parking available. The room was very spacious, had a comfortable mattress and even a private balcony.

The hotel – especially the more modern building where most guests stay – is showing its age and could use some renovation. To be clear, this doesn’t refer to the historic part, which is charming. Cleanliness was generally good, but not perfect in some details.

Very nice staff(owner). Welcoming and supportive owner we are vegetarian and they went out of their way to prepare tasty meals for us. Many thanks to such a great host.
