A friend and I were teaching at a BSA Merit Badge College at Iowa Central. I hadn't stayed in a Sleep Inn, before, but it looked good and was close to the school. We were pleasantly surprised! They took great care of us, the beds were comfortable, and the covers surprised us with how warm they were. It was quiet, but with the kids at the pool, I know they were around, so that was great. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

The Sleep Inn in Fort Dodge is a well appointed hotel with a friendly staff -- the check-in clerk remembered me three days later when I came back!-- a decent breakfast, and comfortable beds. Overall, it was a very good place to stop off for a night.

The breakfast is OK if you are not gluten free. My wife needs gluten free foods and has a significant sensitivity to eggs . There was only a yogurt cup for her breakfast. It sure would be nice if hotels began to stock foods that would make it possible for her to have an OK breakfast.

Clean spacious room. Bedding, towels were not stained or torn. And it was completely stocked. Did not have to contact room service for anything. The staff was friendly and caring.I use a cane. Jennifer was mopping a spill in the lobby. She walked with me to the carpet to be sure I would not slip or fall. That is excellent service. Breakfast was good. Lot of variety. Dinning room, lobby, halls all clean and in good repair.

Missing ledge in handicap shower to hold soap and other toiletries.

Manger Andy's father followed my brother and his family to my floor and stood there watching us like we didn't belong there. Being that I am a manager for Marriott the disrespect was unreal!

I am on a long motorcycle road trip and arrived early to get much needed sleep. Desk staff Jeniffer was OUTSTANDING! Polite professional efficient and friendly at the same time which are lost traits in todays world. All hotel clerks should learn from this woman (I have met several on my trip that need retraining) Hotel was clean and well kept. GREAT PLACE FOR THE PRICE !!

Minimal food options …but I understand that requires help which is hard to find. Really no complaints

It was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious with several options.

It did get a little noisy at times, but that’s to be expected with it being located close to the highway and our room faced the highway.

Good location on the outskirts of Fort Dodge and close to main access roads. Was ideal for a business visit to Fort Dodge. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is fairly standard but sufficient to get you going in the morning. Great value for money.

Unfortunately our room was on the street side and the motorcycles and pick up trucks were very loud. I wish we would have requested a room change.

Breakfast was great, large selection. Fruit was perfect. The pool was shallow but was refreshing, not cold. Not too much chlorine.

There was not a hot tub in the pool area. Floor was cold from pool to bathroom. Room bathroom floor was cold. Had to reach across shower spray to turn it off and on. (was door on the wrong side?)

We both could sleep well. Breakfast tasty.

Bottom of tub could of used non slip, kinda dangerous. And they need to have 2 chairs in room, sitting on bed as a chair doesn't work very well .
