Clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, nice restaurant (450Gradi). The hotel is at a busy main road, but even the rooms directly facing it are quiet in my experience. Altough the town of Massafra is not directly at the sea, there are some very nice beaches nearby at an approximately ~15-30 minute drive from the hotel.

Parking - since the lot is shared with the ground floor stores and the restaurant - can be problematic at rush hour(s), but we could always find a spot. Breakfast leans more towards sweet options than savoury, but it's more of a preference than anything else.

- everything new and clean - Northern-European standards - spacious room with big bathroom - big shower with very! good water pressure - very polite and friendly staff - receptionist were fluent in English and very service-minded - small fridge in the room - free entry to fitness room with cardio machines, bench and dumbbells up to 10kg - close to restaurants and supermarket - city also easy to reach by foot or car - quiet at night - free parking in front of the building and free toiletries

- there was a power cut twice, one in the gym in the evening and one in the room the next morning, so lights and aircon weren‘t working for 15-30min - but it wasn‘t big of a deal, all in all we were very happy about our stay! :)

Breakfast was very limited compared to other hotels and by 9am most food was usually finished: no eggs no bacon left and minimal fruit left.

Great hotel for short breaks. Situated on a main road although the double glazing was of good quality so one could not hear the traffic. Recently updated. Clean and modern.

The room was clean. The breakfast was a good spread. The WiFi worked well.

We arrived at 2.50 for our 3pm check in. We were told our room wouldn't be ready for 30+minites. No apology offered. Just asked to sit and wait. The room we were given. Had no external window. Just a window to an internal room where people went to smoke. We asked for another room. The staff were helpful at this point. The location of the hotel is horrible. It is a very busy A road. The traffic noise and fumes are continuous. We had a large balcony but I had tk wear headphones to block out the traffic noise.
