Excellent location by main square, directly opposite Carrington Museum. Note street is taken over by a market on Sundays. 3 minutes walk from bus ‘station’. Room solid, ie floors don’t creak. Bed comfortable, shower hot, WiFi ok.

Not a criticism, but note the area is central and therefore noisy till about 11 and from early. Slight smell of drains in bathroom. Not easy to get coffee and breakfast in town before 8/8.30.

We stayed for a night and were very happy with our stay! The room was very clean and cool, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We also were able to come back and take pictures of the upstairs balcony which has great views! The location was perfect just walking distance from most restaurants and the mercados! Would recommend 10/10. Loved it!

The hotel is super well located, clean, it has a beautiful terrace. Believe me for xilitla is the best !

I’ve got the room no. 11, you need to take stairs outside the hotel to get there , which is not a big problem, but the bathroom... you cannot seat in the toilet cause your legs reach the wall haha I am serious. It’s EXTREMELY small. My boyfriend and I are small , even tho.... so be careful when you make a reservation. My parents room was no.8 , it was very spacious, so I believe they made a mistake on the room they assigned us.

No breakfast, not even coffee to enjoy while sitting on the rooftop. No daily room service which wasn’t particularly important but most places do provide.

Clean and roomy.

Hot water was not working and the bedsheets were a little too thin.

I did not like when I arrived at the hotel it was a party in a very near by bar, creating a lot of noise and do not be able to sleep at all, I requested change the room and there were bedbugs that bite me in the arm and in the face creating a very bad allergy, I left the hotel immediately and contacted the booking to request my reimbursement.

The poor service to clean the beds and the horrible noise at the near bar not be able to sleep at all. Not recommended for no one.
