The hotel is centrally located. Restaurants and shops on walking distance. The hotel building itself is probably over 30 years old. The rooms were renovated and are ok.

The bathroom (WC) in the room had a foul smell, probably coming from the ducts. It has no ventilation, so the shower steam and foul smell from the WC invade the room and give a sticky feeling. Same for the Gym. It has no ventilation and the AC doesn't cool the room well enough.

Very accommodating staff, great breakfast, comfortable rooms

Walls between rooms are a little thin. Possibly not an issue depending on your neighbors, but we were next to a baby that screamed for hours in the middle of the night. Bring earplugs and prepare some white noise playlists on your phone

We visit Yopal once a year and out of all the hotels we have tried we prefer Estelar. The staff are very nice and helpful, the hotel is in a good location and we love it!

They could improve the breakfast.

Standard but good hotel room. Car park was free and useful, a bit small for the big cars. Shower was a bit odd, as it was either hot and a lot of water, or cold and normal amount of water. Windows could not open Breakfast had many options and was good.

Great hotel to stay in Yopal, excellent location and great facilities. The pool is a little small but you have access also to Turkish bath and sauna. The food is also high quality. Personal of hotel, very kind.

The hotel is a star within the city. It is extremely comfortable, and the price is very convenient. The swimming pool is nice, and I like the breakfast, it is quite diverse and tasty. Finally the staff is kind and happy to help with taxis and things you need.

I think I like it all. Nothing to critizise. The only thing that can make it better is if they offer transport to the hotel. Still, the taxis in the city are good, so this is really a minor point.

Nice staff, patient with my lack of Spanish, very clean, large comfortable room with big bed. Good location.

We had a very poor dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was okay but not great.

Service! Pool service is pretty bad! (we have to wait so much for a waiter to ask for a couple of drinks) he forgot to ask for signature and I have to return back

The breakfast was amazing, it had a great variety of things. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The room service was really great and the prices were very affordable. The overall stay felt very homely and comfortable it was a great choice and I would recommend it!

Best facilities in Yopal. Best breakfast too!

One of the waiters came at 10pm at my room to get me to sign one invoice when I was already sleeping. That could have waited to the next day!
