Easy check-in and very friendly owner and staff of the hotel. Beautiful outside view next to a canal. Recommended if you need to be in that area.

The staff was both very friendly and extremely helpful during the stay. This was especially welcome and appreciated, because I wss traveling with an infant and small child.

A lift would have been useful, but thanks to the staff's help, I was able to get the baby's things to the room.

Rave Hotel is very close to where we were working. We had a descent breakfast before leaving for the day and had agreed a deal with the staff to make up a lunch package to take with us. The Bar and restaurant are pretty good. Beer tasted great after a long day, the chef cooks a really good steak and a Schnitzel the size of your head! The room was OK, big windows.

While the hotel is good value for money, you see the savings back in the rooms. The mattresses are not the best, there was a hole in the aging bedding and the finish of the room is low cost. (BUT CLEAN!) For somewhere to shower and lay your head while your a couple of days on the road or if you are booking a budget holiday, this is great!

The hotel was comfortable and in a good location. Everything was clean.

First, no one told us the WiFi password. Second, when we ate in the restaurant, I asked for a water bottle, but the waiter never asked me what kind of water I wanted, so she gave me sparkling water. So I had to pay for that and buy another water bottle. Third, we didn't have so much time to decide what we wanted to eat, because the waiter looked very rushed.

No workinh heating in room, smoking cigarettes on restaurant what could be smelled upstairs near rooms.

Good internet.

I paid for a double room and got a single and then was kicked out at 9:30 (check out was 10:00) because they wanted to go somewhere. Not the best experience.
