The room and bathroom are comfortable, modern designed and very clean. There is an easy to access security system that lets you in the building and makes you feel safe. Our stay was pleasant and we highly recommend this place.

It is not sufficiently identified with signage that is clealy visible where B&B is. (It is situated on the top of a super market complex and accesible in the back with a ramp, but we called and host answered right away and showed us the way. Bigger signs would make it easier. The breakfast is left to be desired, but it is understandable because the area for the breakfast is very small and limited.

This is a new small hotel that is comfortable, clean and modern. Lots of thought has clearly gone into making guests comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for Isernia and small towns in the area that we were visiting.

The location was a bit hard to find, until we figured out that we had to go up a driveway behind a shopping center to reach the hotel in the back. (The address takes you to the front of the shopping center, and it’s not clear where the hotel is.) If we received this info in advance, I missed it—it would be helpful to tell people where to turn to drive up to the hotel entrance.

This is a boutique hotel that while situated in a rather unique setting is nonetheless outstanding. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and the staff is terrific. The owner, Barbara, is a very thoughtful person, who clearly cares about her guests. Each room is decorated and furnished with the goal of using color and texture to provide a calming and stress-free environment. We were only there one night, but wished our stay was longer. We highly recommend this property.

The room was very clean with modern furniture and bathroom. The breakfast was good. A typical basic Italian breakfast, fruit, croissant and coffee. A small selection of cakes was offered too. Access to the accommodation was good, with a QR code being sent, to enable you to access the room.

The room was in new condition and clean. There was a hairdryer and a fridge in the room, also an air conditioner and everythink worked well. A rich breakfast buffet was offered, which ist not natural in sothern Italy, but important for us as cyclists. The personal was very friendly and helpful.

The structure is very clean and inviting inside. The hosts are very kind and helpful, with lots of advice on where to go. It is very quiet and walking distance to the city centre. We also enjoyed a great breakfast.

Everything was superb. The owner Barbara, her husband, and the staff were all amazing. First class service and hospitality. I stayed in many places traveling through Italy, and I was overwhelmed with the loving hospitality of this Barbara and her staff.
