We stayed 3 days (family with one baby and one dachshund) at this hotel. We really liked the location, which is in the heart of Salon-de-Provence, absolutely amazing. The host/owner of the hotel was very friendly and gave us some great advices of places/restaurants to visit. We followed some of his advices and were not disappointed. Our room was ok for a 2-star-hotel - for sure it was not the best room of the hotel but let's say it was fine. The style of this hotel, which was a former post-office, was nice and welcoming. The hotel has some parking spots for loading/unloading the car, but you can't stay there all the time. I personally opted for the option of parking for free at the parking of the IUT, which is not so far away (I had my e-scooter with me = 5 min to reach) Wi-Fi was working fine. There is also a small Smart-TV in the room. The dog is charged 10€/day additionally. Fair Price-performance ratio. We did not try the breakfast, so can't say anything about it. All in all it was a good experience!

The A/C made some noise during the night every few minutes, even though it was not turned on all the time, this was annoying. There is no elevator in the building because of it's age - this can be quite exhausting when you have a lot of luggage. We got a room on the 2nd floor, which was not so convenient for us because of our dog and child. We had to carry a lot of things up and down. A room in a lower floor would have been better for us.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was very central to all cafes, restaurants etc. Tree lined boulevards and the the city was very clean. On the day of arrival we asked if there were other rooms available as ours was a bit small. The receptionist was very happy to help us. She was extremely helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with. A fantastic asset for the business

Family run hotel in a historic building. Location is great, close to everything in Salon. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good (at added cost). A/C took a while but eventually cooled the room nicely during the heat wave.

Wi-fi did not work in the rooms due to some technical issue. As expected there was no elevator, and each floor is the height of two normal floors. Staff helped with the luggage, but be aware if you have mobility issues. Parking is in a garage a few minutes away on foot, 10 Euro per day. It was fine, but be aware.

Very helpful staff, quaint old hotel with plenty of character. Location was superb for the town centre. Breakfast was good. The hotel was surprisingly quiet in the morning considering its location.

The hotel really could do with some air conditioning. A night in mid-July was not too comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was quite good - plenty of choice. Got the impression that this was a family run hotel - everyone was very nice and very helpful. Very central to Salon and convenient for everything.

It didn't matter to us but there is no lift (it's an old building) so anyone slightly immobile might struggle with the stairs.

Good traditional family-operated hotel, well-located. On Christmas morning,the boiler broke down. On a day when everything grinds to a halt, the owner managed to have it repaired and functioning in the afternoon. Thank you very much!

Location in centre of town was excellent. Staff very helpful, breakfast was very good. We will be taking a group here on holiday in May.

Only problem is the lack of a lift which makes it difficult for those with mobility issues.

There’s no elevator, but we knew in advance. It’s understandable in an Old Town building.

First night of a month-long trip to France/Italy. Great and very central locations. The room was very comfortable and we got a free upgrade to a room with bathtub. Kind and generous host provided local directions, recommendations, and hosted a great breakfast the next morning. Could not have hoped for more.

Great value, great location in center of the beautiful village, excellent service.

It's the center of the village, so you definitely hear some street noise at night. Parking/driving to the property is a challenge. I didn't have a car, so not an issue, but getting picked up by my colleague in the morning was a bit of a dance.
