I did a lot of research before our airport stopover and I think this hotel was a very good choice. It's of course further away from the airport, but also much cheaper than the options in Aerocity. Check-in staff was lovely and we were impressed also by the breakfast buffet. The pool is certainly one of the best around the airport.

The rooms seemed much bigger on the pictures - also the ones in the lowest categories. The pricing policies are very weird as the fares went up and down in the weeks before our arrival. So I even cancelled it once to book again. Yield management seems to be very complicated in Delhi, so the hoteliers offer different prices all the time for the same date.

I loved that the pool area was unique in its own way (a side for young children and a side for adults). Plenty of shading if you need some of the big umbrellas. The breakfast was amazing. You can choose from Chinese, Indian, or Western dishes (such as pancakes, waffles, omelette, eggs Benedict, bacon, sausage). If by chance you do stay for lunch, I would recommend the pizza. They do have an Italian and Japanese restaurant if you would like a romantic or fun family dinner. The staff were amazing! Nancy from Guest Relations was super helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. If I needed anything I could just quickly contact her and she would respond. They decorated our room and provided us a cake to celebrate our anniversary. We also have a 1 year old boy and all the staff loved on him. The hotel is also 5 minute walking distance from the biodiversity park (free of charge). I would come definitely come back again.

I guess I wasn’t a fan of the 1500 INR glass of wine at the restaurant. The small wine bottle at our room is MUCH cheaper and it’s more quantity.

The breakfast was truly amazing. Breakfast staff was great too.

The room size was really small. We had a tough time managing 4 big and 2 small suitcases for 5 days. Wish it were bigger. Plus the bathroom had issues. Also, I wish the front desk staff would have been more communicative and helpful when I lost my car keys. I wish they have given me the option (when I talked to them over phone about it) to collect it from airport, instead of me coming back to the hotel again to collect it (for which I almost missed my flight). But there was one tall gentleman (I didn't get his name but he seemed to be an experienced staff) who really helped me in getting my key back.

My partner and I had an amazing and leisurely stay at Le Méridien in Gurgaon, following our friends’s wedding in Goa. The staff were incredibly attentive and lovely. The food at the buffets for breakfast and dinner were delicious and there was plenty to choose from. We definitely want to extend our thanks and appreciation to the following- Jalil, our driver for a day who was an incredible unofficial tour guide and suggested great places to visit; Annie, the front desk manager who made our check in and out easy and Abhishek, the head chef during the buffets. Hopefully we will be back again!

The room facilities were well thought off.. I liked the light setting .. room & bathroom both had mood switch & a master switch which would create just the perfect lighting in a go.. plus this was the only hotel room iv been ( and I have been to quiet many top ones in India )with full bright light in the washroom, which is a wow for ladies who have to get dressed up.. plus a rotating table top on side sofa , was quite functional need for current times Plus the hotel was courteous to send in some amazing birthday cake for my husband. Although the Deluxe room was small in size , so not for a family to stay . Overall a good functional room , not luxurious but practical stay for 2 adults

The rooms are smaller in size .

Staff was highly hospitable. Especially Mehek and her team who made every effort to make the night special for my girlfriend. The room decor and cake were pretty superb..

The goodies like chocolates and mini bar were charged from me and there was no prior information that they would be chargeable. The price list wasn't there initially but was put there later when they did the room decor. We also wanted to check out post 2 but were not allowed even when we had checked in late around 3

The check in was very comfortable . There were lot of marriages and chaos when we arrived, but staff at reception specially Ms Khushi she walked extra mile not only to make us comfortable but took care of our luggage and manage to arrange everything just the way we wanted . She provided excellent customer service and was attentive to our needs, even caring for our child.

Clean room, well maintained property. Location is great. Service is outstanding too. Been here multiple times, the food never disappoints.

The swimming pool wasn't clean, maybe the windy weather caused it to be. I suppose either better filter system would be helpful or at such times pool can be closed as it may cause adverse health issues.

Very kind and helpful staff. Great variety of breakfast and dinner choices of different styles (local, continental, asian). The hotel is quite close to the airport (30 mins) no traffic jams on the way.

The dark tiles of the swimming pool is not really attactive.

Everything was awesome except the food I ordered in my room. Good Staff, Cleanliness, Organized and free-bees... My stay should be 10/10 if The food quantity and the taste was not bad.

I ordered in-room dining from the Menu, everything was good except the Tariwala chicken. The quantity of the food was not worth it as well.
