I liked the lobby, piano music, wellness, food at breakfast and dinner, service at restaurant and wellness area. Also appreciate gluten free bread

Didn’t like that small kids were let into wellness area and although it was clearly written that it’s quiet zone they and their parents made lots of noise. So there should be separate part for kids because like that nobody enjoys. (at least I didn’t on two occasions) Furthermore the hotel room and elevator are a little bit obsolete, eg carpets could be changed and bathrooms upgraded. Also in our room one electric socket by the bed didn’t work. Finally, I was not aware that it’s really far from the place where music festival is in Kamieniolomy (40-50 min by foot). Also there is about 20 min walk to center so it’s really not that close. Overall, I consider it overpriced for this experience.

The location as well as hotel itself is beautiful. It's a 10-15 min walk to the town but the scenery around is really beautiful and I highly recommend this for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly. The pool is quite small and because it was around the summer holidays it was very crowded with children and it was very noisy. If you don't mind that, then you will definitely enjoy it or go at times when there are no holidays or pick time slots that are less crowded. The spa are is very well organized and clean. The food was tasty and lunch /dinner dishes were very flavourful. The design of the hotel is very interesting but like mentioned earlier due to the summer holidays and having our bedroom fave the hotel lunge area at times it was very loud with children but we did enjoy the live piano concerts.

It was fancy and I loved every moment of it! On the weekend they had a piano player during breakfast. Breakfast was traditional Polish and I loved it! The pool was great - although busy! The room was great and spacious!

They didn’t have any available appointments for my mum to have a massage.

Nice ambiance, great breakfast, location within a pleasant walking distance from center. Cleaning service very good, room was ready ahead of check in time which was appreciated. Pool area clean and with warm water.

Children can be at the pool till 7 pm only. Ladies at the reception were not welcoming at checkin.

From the first moment , the hotel charmed us. It has a friendly stuff, romantic atmosphere, deilicious food, live music, clean SPA zone. By walk to center city is 10 minutes and walking by Wisla. Both the city, hotel impressed us a lot. We will definitely go there again.

The facility was very modern but in the historical building. Well designed and interested inside. Breakfast was superb with a good selection of everything.

Parking lot next to the hotel didn’t have enough spaces for all the guests.

The hotel is great even though the rooms are dated. The kids loved the playroom on the lower level. We all loved the pool and spa.

Staff very helpful, a beautiful breakfast with lots of choice of food.

The bathroom was not very clean. There was mould, which could be easily cleaned. There was a bit of a problem with air conditioning.
