From most to least important: Safety: safe neighborhood, safe entry, safe access. Comfort: the 2B+2B is perfect for our 5ember family, beds and sofa bed are VERY comfortable. Cleanliness: very clean all around!! Quiet: very good night sleep. Support: staff is very helpful, the offer laundry service, Wi-Fi, printing, office space. Accessibility: it's suitable for people with limited mobility, from the elevator to the zero-entry showers. A Pool table !!

If you are picky, you should know: Hot water: regulating the water temperature for the shower is an art, but manageable. Storage space: there are no closets and limited hooks on the bathroom wall. You need to be organized. No A/C, but we went at a time when you actually needed covers.

We loved staying in the master apartment. It was beautiful, clean, cosy, conveniently located and had very comfortable beds. Plus it was well- equipped with all the things we needed. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. I especially want to thank Emiliano for the great recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. I really wasn’t sure to expect when I booked the apartment, but I can honestly say it superseded my expectations. Winning points- 1) Safe area and security at the door 2) Respectful and helpful staff 3) Extremely clean and comfortable 4) Great location- easy to get around 5) It was just perfect on many levels

Just a small remark: change more frequently the towels and fill up the soap.

This property is a good find, with very helpful staff (especially the weekday afternoon receptionist). It is superbly clean and the wooden balconies make the experience more unique. As it is located in Polanco it is within walking distance from various posh restaurants but Polanco is far from downtown CDMX as expected. Nice shampoo too. I would recommend this property.

What would have improved the experience is introducing the following in rooms: 1) a trash bin in the actual bedroom (currently only 1 in the bathroom is available), 2) a minibar or mini fridge, 3) a kettle for coffee or tea.

I recently stayed at Ana Polanco apartments in Polanco, Mexico City, and it was an exceptional experience. Despite our late-night arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and someone was on hand to give us our room key, which was much appreciated. The apartments are spacious and modern, providing a comfortable and stylish environment. The kitchen facilities were excellent, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The location is fantastic—within short walking distance to everything the stylish district of Polanco has to offer, and close to the main park, Chapultepec. This made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Overall, Ana Polanco apartments offer a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Mexico City!

this property is beautiful. No wonder, the owner is an architect! Rooms are great, beds super comfortable, hair drier is better than average. you’!! laugh, but even the toilet paper is premium!

the only detail that’s missing is lo g mirrors, both in the room and in reception. location, it’s not at the heart of Polanco, but it’s a 5 minute walk at most. check Lare Late cafe for a great breakfast two blocks away

The apartment building is located in a very safe residential area, close to popular sights and excellent restaurants in Polanco. The host and security staff are very friendly and accommodating to all requests.

As we stayed there in mid-January, at night the apartment would get a bit chilly, but there is a heater kindly provided by the property, which would make things comfortable.

The location was the prize of this place: Beautiful modern apartments, with security on the premises, in a very safe area, half a block away from a park for exercising/walking in the morning, and about four blocks from a busy night-time scene with plenty of restaurants, from high-class to casual (a little further away). To get to the Chapultepec area and Avenida Reforma, we downloaded the EcoBici app and rode bicycles there. To travel further away, we hired cabs.

Everyone was gentle and super-courteous. On one occasion, we had to ask for more toilet paper and coffee pods, and when we didn't get them, we asked the cleaning staff directly. For multiple day stays like ours, the rooms are tidied up, no deep cleaning - which was fine for us but I thought I would mention this.

Location, safety, staff.

Very basic room services were disappointing and left us with the impression that we overpaid. Examples: Our very soiled towel was picked up from the floor and put back on the rack!!! We did not have toilet paper replaced by room service *twice* in 5 days!

Loved the location. Close to the restaurants and shops op Polanco. The design is very nice from the outside, as well as the rooms. The people at the reception and the guards are all very friendly and helpful:) I also loved they were quick to respond when emailing them with a few questions. Would definitely stay here again :)
