We were in Hai Phong for a funeral and they went above and beyond to support our family needs while staying there. They allowed us to check in late while the receptionist was already off duty. The room facilities were impeccable, and it felt like being home while only staying for a short time. Very quiet.

I didn’t manage to connect to the internet with my phone and laptop. I don’t know why, because WiFi seemed to work with the smart TV. It was already past 11pm when we checked in so I couldn’t ask the staff. In the end it wasn’t a big deal though.

clean and quiet. I liked most. Nearby airport, which save your time if you are in rush not to miss your flights. Close by there is Go Haiphong Supermarket, where you can eat and to do shopping. Korean bistro (open Buffet) is recommended. Aeon shopping mall is the nearest bigger place to do shopping. The refeptionist Hiền (please, forgive me if I'm wrong) is amazing. She suggested places to go, eat and to shopping. She did her job splendidly. With love

Room is big and comfort We arrived midnight the security guy keep the room card for us, we pay to him, everything is fine. Hotel provide the mini bar in the room included cup noodles instant coffee and beer, it is connivence , a bit confuse is , there is no price marked , we dont know it was included in room rate or need additional charge. Beside that everything was great.

The hotel arranged a room for us on a high floor because we wanted the room to be more airy. They have motorbike rental and clothes washing services. The clothes were returned very flat and neat. Housekeeping cleans our room every day. Even though it's on a high floor, the WiFi signal is still very good.

The room is small without a kitchen but they have a kitchen on the terrace, which is very convenient because we like to cook for ourselves.

Last month, I had to go to Hai Phong. While looking for a hotel in Hai Phong to stay for a few days, many friends recommended this hotel. I really like it here. The room are clean and quiet. Beautiful location, close to the lake so convenient for exercising, enthusiastic and friendly staff. This is a hotel that I feel excited about, quite convenient for moving to where I work and the location near the center and food court is also extremely attractive

Every month when I go on a business trip, I stay at a hotel. The first time I go on a business trip, I booked on the app, but the next time I just called and the hotel also kept a room at a preferential price for me. The hotel is convenient for me to go to work and travel, eat, drink, go out. The staff are also friendly and enthusiastic. If you don't know anything, just ask the receptionist for advice!!

Nothing that I dislike, everything is good

The room is clean and looks like the photo. Must rate 10 stars for the attitude and service of the hotel staff. The receptionist was warm and enthusiastic and helped us check in early from 10:00 for free because they had the room earlier than expected. The housekeeping staff is also great because they clean the room for me every day. There are many amenities in the room, full of utensils and tools, so I don't need to prepare anything in advance.

The hotel is located near the airport, dining and entertainment centers. First time experiencing this hotel, the price is affordable but the quality is excellent, the bed is very soft, beyond my expectations. Although the room is not large, the interior layout makes the room more usable while still ensuring a comfortable space. Thank you to the hotel and staff for giving me a wonderful experience.

Everything was excellent

The room was clean, with a fridge and kettle. The bathroom was fairly new and very nice. The staff were very nice.

The window in the bedroom locked onto the stairwell, so there was no natural light. just stayed for one night as we had a flight to catch (it’s super near the airport) which was fine but I probably wouldn’t stay for longer

At The Nova hotel, I had a very memorable experience thanks to the view from the room overlooking Phuong Luu Lake. I really enjoyed admiring the picturesque lake scene right from my room's window in the morning. This is truly an ideal place to rest and relax, with the stunning view of Phuong Luu Lake right in front of you.
