The availability of a family room to meet for a family funeral.

At 7:00 the breakfast was stocked but another two people went down at 9:00 and there was nothing left for breakfast The tables were sticky. No eggs, no sausage and no pancake batter. Very disappointing. The front desk gal was busy. The side doors were not working which made unloading in the rain not enjoyable. The hot tub was out of order as well.

Couldn’t get the sauna to work. A local restaurant offered a discount voucher on our room because we ate there. When we got back to the hotel they said they couldn’t honour it because we booked through Booking.com. Probably won’t use Booking. Com any more.

Amazing staff, excellent breakfast and very clean and comfortable.

This is a pet friendly property however there isn’t a single spot of grass where pups can go to do their business. There are also no places to sit outside (other than a picnic table on the one side), if you want to sit outside. Maybe spend a little bit of money to make the outside comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Rooms clean and tidy.

Hot tub and steam room were down the entire week. Business partner indicated they were also down full week prior. Would be appreciated if website is updated to indicate this when booking.

Unfortunately we were not able to stay for the night as our son broke his arm while we were at the event we were in town to attend. He was receiving care in swift current and the hotel staff were so kind and refunded us as we didn’t stay the night. Thank you so much for alleviating some of the stress that we were under.

The room was very clean...thank you Angelina.. The pillows and bedding made my sleep blissful. Was not expecting the breakfast in the morning, was pleasantly surprised. Very tasteful, and my husband appreciated the GF options. Not many hotels take notice or the time to accommodate certain dietary requirements.

the staff let us borrow a Christmas tree and we're very accommodating..will stay again for sure.

the pool was not avaliable for use which aways seems to be the case when we travel so the kids were pretty disappointed as that was the highlight for them

The buffet breakfast was very good - the coffee was excellent. I had the bagel - it was a bit stale.

The facilities are very new and very well designed. I would suggest that management add safety strips to the shower base. I slipped and hit my cheekbone on the grab bar and am now sporting a black eye. It will be gone in 2 weeks, but for future business, it would be wise to have better footing in the shower.

We only took in breakfast one morning and it was good. The big bonus on our stay was the hot tub whirlpool - so relaxing after traveling, we wish we took it in the day we arrived.

The only thing that could be improved is if the bed was not as hard. We woke up stiffer than usual. One night it was hard to get comfortable.

Room was spacious and quiet and clean. Staff were friendly… Tamara went out of her way to contact me when I had forgotten to take cosmetic/jewellery bag with me.. then mailed it out to me… everything intact!!
