We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl). What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service! We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable. Your kindness really made a difference!

The staff at the hotel is very focused on customer experience. We had an issue with the valet parking and we reported and they listened to us and talked to the valet parking to avoid further issues. All the time the staff was very helpful and attentive. They have tasty food, it is clean and pet friendly :)

The restaurant was full in the breakfast time we had to wait for a table, but even there the staff was very kind and they found an extra table for us, only took like 10 min waiting time. The food was delicious so it worth it.

Location was great for our purposes, the facilites are very well upkeep and the staff was super attentive, helpful and friendly. We had issues with our a/c and the front office manager was super helpful and she managed to swap our rooms and we had no issues after all. The staff members at the temporary club lounge were amazing and really attentive.

The Restaurant was nice. & Lobby area. The restaurant staff was helfull and professional. Ernesto the Cheff was so personal making sure you had what you needed we were there for 4 days for breakfast and every day he was there with a great smile, he made chalupas, gorditas, and all the good Mexican food. We really enjoyed our breakfast. Thank you, Ernesto.

We stayed here several years back, and the rooms were great now they need TLC they don't have a refrigerator, or 🥃 the rooms were not as clean as Intercontinental Standard. ( I work for Intercontinental Hotel) The pool was out of services...

Wonderful room and property. Staff were kind enough to honor my IHG membership even though I didn't book through IHG this time, and they let me check out at 2 PM. They were always polite and efficient as well.

My reservation included breakfast, but I'm afraid to say it wasn't up to standards. I also disliked the fact that they had a singer perform (and he was bad and loud!) at the restaurant during breakfast time. No one wants to listen to live music while trying to eat in peace.

Excellent service and location. Really excellent for business travelling due to comfort of all amenities in general. Superb breakfast.

Some renewal is required as it is an old building that requires a lot of maintenance, but still overall quality quite good. An handshower option for bathing would be really excellent.

I liked all services; And the extended time that the hotel gave us to make the checkout; I want to recognice the good service, attitude and smiles of the lady in the front desk (Sarai), the guy in the pool area (Marco) ans the waitress staff in the restaurant included Ximena; They are excellent hosts !!! Thanks a lot for good experience !!!

Really great breakfast, nice heated pool, comfy bed, located right beside a bus station that allowed us to easily take a day trip to Atlixco. The restaurant is also a good supper option, very good value.

Great location and great staff from the front desk Estela, Yair, restaurant Stephanie hostess, servers Francisco, Jean, Kitchen Enrique. Bell Desk Jorge. But everyone was professional & helpful.

The hotel was gorgeous. Located nearby the Zocalo (10 minute drive) it serves the purpose of a great stay with plenty of things to do with a short drive. The whole building is really nice and the rooms are very comfortable as well. Breakfast is very complete and the staff is just amazing.

The AC remote control wasn't functioning but we didn't even bother to ask for a replacement. The staff was really receptive on how they could help on anything. The pool was a little bit dirty and there weren't enough seating options around it.
