The previous guests and their glowing reviews were absolutely right — Cherry, the owner, showed us amazing hospitality from the moment we arrived. She knows the area inside out and gave us great advice on everything: where to eat, day trips worth doing, and the etiquette of this charming small town. On arrival, she even took us on a mini van tour to help us get our bearings. There is a street market about 5 minutes from the hotel and its a great chance to explore Thai cuisine really cheaply. Breakfast was a delight, with Cherry offering a variety of foods and explaining their origins. The pool was gorgeous and a huge hit with our kids, who happily played in it for hours. The hotel is right across from the beach, with steps where you can sit, watch, and listen to the waves. Swimming is better further up the beach, and Cherry will happily guide you. The location is perfect if you want to relax and have some downtime. Our family room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children under 11 — clean, comfortable beds, modern, with a smart TV for Netflix/YouTube, towels and flannels provided, and a great bathroom with a boxed-in shower so the whole room didn’t get wet. There was ample storage for clothes and belongings.

Honestly, nothing. After staying in hostels in other parts of Thailand, this was a truly well-received treat 🤩

A Wonderful Stay at Palm Beach Resort – Perfect for Families We had an absolutely lovely stay at Palm Beach Resort with our two children. The rooms were spacious, airy, and spotless, and the resort features a beautiful swimming pool that our kids thoroughly enjoyed. We were also able to borrow bicycles, which made it easy to explore the area and discover a stunning hidden beach not far from the resort. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality of our host, Cherry. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Upon arrival, she gave us a personal tour of the town and surrounding area in her car. We got to sample local snacks, and the kids even had the chance to feed turtles at a nearby temple. Throughout our stay, Cherry helped us arrange taxis for day trips and made sure we had everything we needed. When our son had his birthday, Cherry surprised him with a cake. When he felt a bit tired after a long bike ride, she brought him vitamins to help him recover. Her kindness and attentiveness truly made our stay special. We also received great recommendations for local restaurants. Breakfast at the resort was fantastic. We enjoyed a mix of traditional Thai breakfast (rice soup with meat, fish, or shrimp) and Western options like eggs, bacon, omelets, and scrambled eggs. There were also cereals, fresh local fruit, cakes, and traditional sweets – something for everyone. We wholeheartedly recommend Palm Beach Resort. Not only because of the warm and generous hospitality, but also for its peaceful location right by the beach. There’s plenty to do in the area: visit a mangrove park, explore a fascinating Chinese temple, or take trips to nearby national parks to see magical caves and beautiful beaches. You can even drive to a national park where wild elephants roam. The resort is also within reach of Hua Hin if you’re in the mood for a city visit. And don’t miss the local night market just a short walk from the hotel – it’s open every evening and well worth

Wonderful little boutique hotel just off the beach south of Hua Hin. Quiet area but wonderful bay view and some excellent local restaurants. Also found a large Lotus shopping center 15 minute drive from the hotel.

The owner, Cherry, and her staff are amazing! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful, and Cherry always has some homemade sweet treat! If you need any help with tours, sightseeing, or places to visit, Cherry is there to offer advice. The location is wonderful, with beautiful sea views and sea breezes. An added bonus to this wonderful stay is the resort dog, Bella! She is a sweet girl and has become a loyal friend, as we have now stayed with Cherry and Bella numerous times! You can't go wrong with Palm Beach Resort!

Palm Beach Resort is a wonderful resort to stay!!! Not only is it a beautiful & very clean place, Cherry & her staff are very pleasant and extremely accommodating with making your visit very enjoyable! Cherry gave us a short tour around the area, so we could get an idea of where to explore! We had no transportation of our own, and she was very willing to organize, rides, tours, massages, or Anything we needed! She is very dedicated to taking care of her guests. The coffee is great too and the bed was very comfortable as well! We highly recommend staying here, and definitely would return!

That our stay wasn't long enough!

I think the place is great, located right in front of the beach, and the building is cozy and nice as well. Ms. Cherry was really nice as well, rented out 2 bicycles for free, and even showed us where to go for the best experiences.

The only thing we didnt like was that the shower didn't have hot water, or at least for our room. It had the device that is supposed to warm up the water but I guess it wasn't working. It gets mildly warm sometimes.

Cherry, the owner, drove us around town to show us eateries, shops and/or places to visit. She was very warm and welcoming. We felt so well looked after. The resort was exceedingly peaceful, and we had a restful time.

It took us a lot longer to get from the airport in Bangkok to the resort. Due to road construction, there were quite a few traffic jams.

Great location right on beach very chilled relaxing atmosphere not a big hotel complex so quite private nice decor and furniture in rooms good size balcony great shower western style hot water set up. Good pool and tables and chairs to sit enjoy the breeze looking at the ocean and world go by . Cherry the owner is very nice and her staff very friendly lovely people, Street food market 700 meters up the road every night so that takes care of dinner really nice town

We loved our stay at Palm Beach Resort. Very peaceful place. The owner Cherry is very helpful and friendly. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable, breakfast included, great service from owner and staff. The resort stand on the beach front. Nice pool, location with beach views and a quick walk or bike ride to shops and restaurant.
