We were in apartment 301, a two bedroom apartment with an excellent view. The location was excellent, so close to everything, including the Christmas markets. I had read many comments that people didn’t get their codes in a timely manner, that the WiFi didn’t work well and that the showers were bad. None of these were an issue for us. Everything went smoothly and the apartment was easy to find. I had also read that there wasn’t any dishwasher pods, dish cloths or dish towels so I brought mine but there was dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a dish cloth and dish towel. There were no paper towels but I brought some. I brought my own coffee and filter, but there was a few filters there. There was a salt and pepper shaker which was nice since I forgot mine! There was plenty of toilet paper, towels and toiletries for our family of three. The apartment was warm, modern.

If I was to complain about anything, I would agree with some of the reviews that there should be some sort of flat surface in each bedroom that would be very helpful.

The location is excellent. Really clean. Large space and comfortable for a large group.

The elevator stopped working which is why we went with this place over others because we have two with mobility issues. We found the bunk beds were super uncomfortable. The electricity was also really sketchy. Sometimes the lights worked. Sometimes only half strength. Most of the outlets were also not working. We only discovered this in the morning when only 1 phone was charged and the others weren’t.

The location was amazing!!! It is right in the middle of everything in old Quebec. Literally steps from the Frontenac. The unit itself is beautiful and the roof top terrace with a view of the entire city was such an incredible touch. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. I would absolutely recommend this loft to anyone!! Incredible!

The only thing I didn’t like about this property was that the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that everyone was complaining in the morning that they were a little sore. The couch in the living room is also uncomfortable.

The location was excellent. In the heart of Old Quebec, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. View out our wall of windows towards Notre Dame was very scenic. Close to parking garage. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. While it was just two of us, it could easily accommodate a family of four.

The apartment was well equipped in kitchen but the apartment was just missing a few minor items - no sponge or paper towels in the kitchen, no coffee for the pot. While there was a washing machine there was no detergent like in the apartments we stayed in Montreal.

We loved our stay! We enjoyed having plenty of space and the convenience of the location. Easy walks to restaurants and the best sights in Quebec City. Short walk to Frontenac and trendy neighborhood eateries, not far to the neighborhood market. We read about the need for clothes hangers, so we brought our own.

We had a little trouble with the TV, so we called about it and within 24 hours it was fixed and worked fine for the rest of our stay.

the air conditioning unit was only in the living room, so the bedrooms were hot the bedroom barn doors weren't aligned perfectly, so it was hard to keep them closed (they would slide open during the night)

Very good location right in the heart of the Old Town. The loft had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Parking close by underground for $20 CAD for 24 hours. I would definitely recommend to others.

Initially we were given the incorrect address for the property and ended up taking over an hour to find it, there are multiple of these lofts within a close proximity and it seems we were given the address to 2 others first before the one we booked.

Fantastic location, large, clean spacious building and apartment. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen and the rooftop terrace was an added plus.

Connecting Netflix to TV was a bit of an issue, a lot of network connection errors. Worth looking into for the next guests.

Good location, roomy, unique loft.

TV / did not work properly. I had to hold near cable box that was behind a sheet of steal. No instructions. Coffee maker did not work properly. Thought I was doing something wrong, then realized it was broken. For the price we paid you think they could put in one days worth of coffee and tea.

Absolutely fantastic location, steps from all of the major sites and beautiful cafes and restaurants. Our family had a great time exploring the old city and this place was very conveniently located to help with that. The rooms were comfortable, plenty of basic tools in the kitchen but no spices or oils so bring everything yourself, and strong WiFi. There are little grocery stores within walking distance and can get pretty bare in the afternoons. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Soap and shampoo we're provided. Would definitely come back!
