The location is absolutely stunning. No where better.

Should not market this hotel to non local customers or Booking.com should add a disclosure to all international customers that no English is spoken. It is impossible to communicate otherwise. Basic English like Coca Cola and sprite is not understood here. The food was a bit hit and miss. Tough old lobster experienced. Bedrooms on the small side - even though booked a family suite. Zero entertainment at night.

very nice location near the ocean, great green territory, rabbits, toucan and parrots living where, spacious room with big comfortable bed facing the ocean, very nice beach, ocean with natural pools where small fishes swim, several pools including infinite pool facing the ocean, delicious food into restaurant

our room was in the second floor, so it was hard to lift the baby stroller, balcony was quite dirty and wasn’t cleaned during our stay. I had a birthday during our stay and there was no congratulations from the hotel :(

The property is fantastic. There are many leisure options for adults and kids, the pools are great and the sunset is marvelous. The dinner and breakfast are fantastic: there were several options and everything was delicious. There are also many animals, and my kid loved the opportunity to meet Macaws and Toucan. I’d definitely return to stay more days in the future.

I just think that they could improve the cleanliness a little more, specially in home service. However, it did not impact significantly our stay.

The resort is amazing! Very family friendly and great atmosphere. They have very clean rooms, restaurants, pools and beaches. Best part is the amount of animals you will find there. Rabbits, araras, monkeys, tucanos etc They have recreation time with kids and adults and super friendly employees. I will definitely be back and bring my entire family next time

Their breakfast and dinner is just amazing! Nothing to complain about the food, however, it would be even better if they could put name tags on the foods so we know what we are eating. Other than that, this resort is 10 of 10 anyways

It took 5 min to heat the water in the shower every time. Cockroach in the room in first night and it was not clean under the beds. Most of the employees were super nice but some of them were a bit grumpy or seemed bored. Restaurant has very little lights… actually the whole resort would benefit from more light at night.

My Brazilian husband and I came here as part of our honeymoon and loved it! The pool is lovely and warm, not too crowded and the perfect spot to watch the sunset in the afternoon. The private beach was great - it was lovely to get professional photos with the fish there too. We also went on an organised trip to some nearby islands, organised by the resort. It was well organised and we loved the boat ride and the stops along the way. The toucan and macaws were a great addition to the resort as well as the gorgeous little rabbits. Rooms were cleaned well each day and new towels were provided daily.

Not having a place to fill up my water bottle was frustrating. Instead, we needed to buy plastic water bottles every time we needed to drink. I felt that drinking water should be included in the price of the stay, not to mention the waste of plastic with every guest buying and using small plastic bottles every time they needed to drink.

We really enjoyed the comfort of our room, the view and proximity to the beach was something else! The staff is really good and careful.

Few options of food with vegetables. We mostly eat vegetarian food at home and we felt we could use more vegetable dishes during the stay.

The beach and natural swimming pools are wonderful. The breakfast and dinner had plenty of options and tasted excellent. Gaming room with options for kids and adults (Flipperama), also a gym with basic and good equipment.

The resort is amazing. Wonderful beach, warm safe sea and great staff.

The treadmills, cycle and elliptical trainer in the gym do not work properly. The treadmills do not change incline and one has an unreadable display.

Pools were very nice, our room (suite with “pool”) was wonderful, the birds & other animals on the property were a great unexpected bonus.

No complaints here, however our friends said that their room wasn’t as wonderful & their ac leaked everywhere
