The hotel is gracious and charming yet with amazing modern facilities. The feeling of luxury and service we got,especially from the spa (all included in your tarif) areas far exceeded our expectations for the price of the hotel. After a 4 day hike we were just thrilled. The staff were especially patient and helpful. Our dinner at Ottos bar was a chesper option than the restaurant ,but just delicious and a cozy atmosphere.The hotel is set in beautiful grounds even if it is aliitle hard to get to of you haven't a car. The hotel does have a station shuttle.

Absolutely stunning location and beautiful little village. Lovely friendly welcome, our room was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Lovely little balcony to take in the view. Ensuite was high quality with everything you could need. Dinner was superb, again with excellent staff . Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of food and drinks. Just stunning 😍. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to make use of the pool etc as we were on a motorbike trip and limited time but hopefully next time! Can't recommend this place enough.

The main draw in this hotel is a fabulous spa area, a heated outdoor pool, an outdoor jacuzzi big enough for 15 people, a gorgeous and large indoor pool, steam rooms and a cold plunge pool, as well as a dry sauna area (with a women's only option). Opening at 0700hrs this makes it ideal to miss any children in the pool areas and to keep your visit to the facilities calm and peaceful. The dressing rooms were plentiful and well laid out. There are plentiful hiking options around the resort, and quiet areas near the pools where one can read in peace in the afternoon. The food was very good. The breakfast was exceptional, with numerous options and plenty of beautiful spaces to view the surrounding grounds. Dinners offered good seasonal and local specialties. All staff we encountered were friendly and very professional. We did not use the cosmetic services in the beauty clinic, but I did have an excellent Thai massage with a brilliant masseuse associated with the resort (ask about this before arriving).

My only complaint is that I booked a "single" room and my bed was a slim twin bed. Not comfortable.

The pool area is beautiful, the Panorama view when is raining is a MUST. Pool inside and outside, whirpool, two hot pools and two cold pools, varity of sauna’s, directly connection to a hiking route, nice ducks. Very important: if you book a day, for example Saturday until Sunday, you have free acces to facilities both days, Saturday until 22:00, Sunday until 18:00.

The lady from reception was not i a good mood, we just asked if we can bring our own stuff and she was very irritated because she already mentioned that in her first speach. The parking places are not enough! The toilet is a bit high.

Exceptional place: the staff is very friendly and helpful, the spa and pools are great, the food delicious (the breakfast was an absolute delight, one of the best I ever had). Great surroundings, hiking routes were just outside the hotel, so it is a perfect place for a hike and then relax in the spa/pool. I appreciated a lot the Ladies spa, I am still not used to the mixed textile free German sauna. :)) The only aspect I could complain was the minuscule bathroom for the single room, but considering that I was using the pool and spa facilities anyhow, this was not an inconvenient.

The views, the comfort, the many options of pools and sauna’s and finally the breakfast! Probably my favourite buffet out of the 35 countries I’ve travelled to as it’s just impeccable.

The only thing is that there could be softer pillows :)

Very comfortable hotel with great facilities. Staff could not have been more helpful.

Kitchen was closed when I went to order a meal in the Bar @ 20:45. I’d been riding all day in heavy rain so I desperately needed a hot shower. Luckily the Bar Tender gave me a free bag of snacks as a token gestures, which was very kind. Many thanks.

Very good hotel with mineral pools and spa. Great price-performance. Good spa area and saunas. Very tasty dinner - top 10! It was in half-board price included, so total cost is fine.

Nothing really critical. It's strange, that thermal hotel where mineral water is being produced, doesn't have own mineral well. In the spa area, it's pity that outside pools are closed at 18.00. "Aufguss" in sauna I had only once, but person who did it was made it very quick and unpleasant.

The reception staff was funny about the spa towels one day suggesting we should go back to our room and wait for a spa towel. You are a spa - don’t be moody about towels One more coffee machine at breakfast would be good

Is a beautiful luxurious destination in the black forest. We loved the spa, both indoors and outdoors with a forested hillside. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. Nice location to take walks in the village and the woods.

The hours of some of the spa facilities (sauna, steam rooms, etc) was far too limited. I worked in Stuttgart during the days and never go to enjoy them (my wife stayed during the day and did enjoy them).
