The hotel grounds are stunning with super gardens. The main pool is surrounded by beautiful mango trees (among others) which provide welcome shade. The staff were wonderful, very attentive and helpful. The food in the restaurant is not exceptional but perfectly good enough to keep us well fed.

The jacuzzi, for some reason, was cold, even colder than the main pool. Not sure how that came to be but it doesn't make sense. The WiFi is very slow (it averaged at around 12Mbps over the week) but it's usable.

The hotel is wonderful for a family stay, love that it was true to their word: pet friendly. They could join us in the restaurant (outside) and by the pool at a safe distant. It very difficult to find a place like that at definitely we will be back. Rooms were clean and tv allowed us to change the language which helo us enjoy a movie or two at night. Service was excellent and staff was always happy to help with a smile.

Bathroom was stuffy and a hanging line in the shower is missing, we had to hang our bathing suits on the outside of the shower door and we created a puddle 🫣

The Air conditioning system was silent and very efficient. The temperature of the room was perfect which is important when the outdoor temperature is so hot. The room was very comfortable and had an outdoor little table where we could play table games. The swimming pool is outstanding and deep, so it was very comfortable for swimming lovers. The sauna and turco were great as well.

In general I liked the facility and the staff, maybe just to mention something, on Saturday there was some music that was a bit loud on the pool, but I understand that Colombians always like music on their gatherings.

a wonderful setting in a vast parklike ground with beautiful big trees ( palms, mango etc), somehow hidden on the fringe of a busy town. A perfect place to get a rest from a longer road trip or for a stop on the way back to Bogota. Especially the huge and great pool with super pleasant temperature was perfect for laps swimming and relaxation. Even more since there is another shallow one for kids and one more in the parc area as well a a turkish bath and a "bubble tub"..... If we had known about the place better and earlier, we would have planned to stay a little longer. I read about unremoved dishes etc and couldn`t see any of these complaints justified while we where there and even if- the garden-setting, the spacious room, the design and the very friendly staff and their service would have outweighted it anyway.

the only little issue and not to myself...is maybe the lack of a little gym and some weights. I could imagine these would be installed. and then there was also a volleyball field and a billard table. SOme things were under construction, so probably some ideas and further improvements are on the way here.

The staff was amazing, everyone give us a great attention in the restaurant and front desk. free parking and the front desk gave me an room upgrade

they cut off the water supply two times in the hotel, the room has humidity in the walls, inside the swimming pool was in poor conditions.

Jacuzzi was cold, lifeguard told us heaters was removed. It’s not as enjoyable that way

It was peaceful, had different spaces, full of nature.

We saw an inconvenience with the facilities when a senior was trying to enter the pool, it was not easy for him. It should be more friendly with people with disabilities.

Great place to spend weekend with small kids. Very friendly and attentive staff.

I prefer rooms on second floor or 3rd floor. But this is just personal prefrence

Great comfortable place... Breakfast was good.

When I did the booking it shows that all taxes were included. A few days before the arrival the hotel wrote me the Iva (19% tax) was not included. So, it is not right that the hotel do not align that with booking. The food there was quiet expensive.
