The room was very nice and clean. I had a pleasant balcony view overlooking the stadium, which was a new experience for me. The hotel restaurant was excellent; I enjoyed the great service in the evening and the delicious food. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied, but overall it was also very good too.

The WiFi in the room was very poor. I was on a business trip and needed to check emails or do video calls in the evening, but the bad connection made this difficult. Additionally, a larger selection of TV channels or maybe the availability of Netflix would have been nice.

Good location. Modern. Clean. Italian Restaurant and bar are on the corner but it depends who serves you weather you like it as the surroundings are sterile. We had one good night in the Italian restaurant (served by Rashid) but the next day the service there was horrible. So we left in a bad mood before ordering. We then went to Cafe Soleil and had a great time because the staff there was great as they understood our situation (food comes from same kitchen as restaurant).

Hotel and football stadium are a strange combination. It looks and feels huge but the rooms are in one corner of the stadium and the reception is on the other side. In between you have to walk through the stadium. We got used to it after a day (we stayed 3 nights). Pillows were hard.

As I went to watch the football, this hotel is Ideal being built into one of the stands. 10 minute walk from the railway station. Staff friendly, bed very comfy. Room was big and spotless. Really couldnt fault it.

Only issue, although a very small one was having to do a dogleg to get to the room because the football was on, you had to go to the 3rd floor then across/up/down as the rooms are the opposite side to the entrance and the middle of the building is used as a concourse for the football.

Because it's in the football stadium you have to pass all the closed bars (only open during football matches I presume) to get to your room. The hallways and stairs remind you that it's a football stadium more than a hotel. Would have loved a separate shampoo and bodywash for the shower/bath instead of an all in one. Also no mini fridge in the room.

It’s a bit of a maze to find your way from Parking lot via stairs or elevator to reception desk, then another staircase or other elevator to level 1 to walk down a long corridor in order to take yet another elevator to get to rooms level.

Everything was amazing!

We were disappointed that the otherwise amazing room had a bathtub, instead of a shower. It was super difficult for my 86 year old father to get in the bathtub for a shower.

The unique integration of the hotel in the stadium.

I had to cancel one of my breakfasts which I was payed in advance via Booking.com. The reimbursement (21.5 Eur) is in delay since 06.11.2023. Now I have a document from the hotel but no real amount returned from Booking.com. I am disappointed!

Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was very nice, spacious, clean, very comfortable bed and a nice and clean bathroom. All you need for a stay away from home. Parking was free!

Nothing, all was simply great!

The hotel is beautiful I was impressed and wasn't expecting for it to be even nicer than the pictures! The staff was very nice and they made me feel home even if I don't speak Flemish. Especially the lady working on Sunday around 19.00 she was very gentle to show me the fitness wellness area. Breakfast was very good-and rich selection. Staff at the restaurant area was equally good. I definitely recommend!

I loved the wellness in the evening. The view was very nice. I would just improve the wellness in the morning looked a bit simplicistic and less intimate with the strong lights. Maybe good to invest in that.
