We chose this hotel based on the price, location and that breakfast was included. The location was excellent as it is a 5 minute walk to a free beach. It is just outside the main street so it is quiet. There is a very nice restaurant a short walk away. The room was very well designed. The breakfast has a vast selection. The pool is easily accessible. The staff were delightful and helpful. We stayed for 7 days and did not regret our choice. There is parking at an additional cost. It is a 5 minute walk away. I was hesitate to do this but it proved invaluable as although street parking is available (at a cost), spaces can be quite limited.

This is a small hotel but in a great position. Being a 3 star, it did not have some of the smaller luxuries, like a kettle in the room with tea and coffee. However it does have a fridge and personally I found the bed and pillows very comfortable. We had a decent sized balcony with a sea view and spent quite a lot of time there. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and very accommodating. The pool area was large enough for the guests and the pool was very clean and inviting. Breakfast was abundant with many different choices, and fresh and tasty treats every morning. The bathroom towels were changed every morning. The bed linen clean and ironed and fresh. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Everything was good for a 3 star hotel.

The breakfast was wonderful, overall the hotel is clean and tidy. Staff is exceptionally kind.

The walls are very thin, I slept with an earplug so I had no problem with it, but my friend did hear every "love" noise from the neighbouring room. Parking is not cheap (15 eur/night) and you only get a small space either at the back of the hotel (not guarded), or on a large place far away from the hotel (but at least it's guarded).

A huge thank you for the amazing experience I had during our stay. We had experienced a very warm welcome and a exceptional, kind service provided by your lovely staff. The beach is just a couple of minutes away, very quiet and clean area. Thank you once again for making our stay so delightful. Easy 3 mile walk to the Misano race track - swimming pool - balcony looking towards the sea - good choice for breakfast and the chap serving was a cheerful guy who had some great tunes on… Reception staff helpful - night staff chap was helpful and a laugh, he had us chuckling as he always got my room number wrong eg. I’d say 42 he’d turn around and say 46 every time 😄😄😄

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms were clean and tidy with toiletries provided in the bathroom. The hotel is ideally located for our trip to the WSBK, which is why we chose it and it didn't disappoint as it was also close yo the beach and local amenities!!

There is nothing negative I can say about our stay at this hotel!!

Room was very outdated, felt like going back in the 70s', uncomfortable bed. The breakfast although very good in general, could do with some fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers etc. as there were only meets, cheeses and breads. We also didn't like the nearby beach but that's nothing to do with the hotel.

Super friendly staff. Very, very hard working cleaner as well as other colleagues. Spotless, great pool, great service in general, excellent breakfast and morning opening times of restaurant for late or early risers (07:00 - 12:00). Excellent guest manners as towels do not lie on empty loungers.

While parking is available, it is €10 per day. Despite having hotel advertised on the board, the private beach management did not honour the discount linked to the hotel. Just to be VERY CLEAR, that was the beach team management, not the hotel! Otherwise, exceptional service.

The hotel was in a good location, very clean and with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was great with many choices. Coffee service was a little slow on occasions!

The swimming pool was shared with the hotel Alexander, which we were not informed about on the hotel description when it was booked. The pool area was slightly over crowded at some times, for that reason.

Great hotel for work and vacation. Breakfast was exceptional, everybody working in the hotel is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and spacious. Wifi is available around the hotel, even thou it loses internet connection occasionally. I was able to work without any major issue, being on the online meetings regularly. Swimming pool is clean and big enough.

Italian Adriatic coast is just not meant for swimming, but that's not a hotel issue.
