Nice hotel with excellent staff. The afternoon receptionist helps us a lot and give us good place to visit around the area. He made us feel like home, we thank him (sorry, I can't remember his name). Moreover, the breakfast was delicious. The cleaning was done conscientiously and everything was very clean. We highly recommed it! Thank you, Lido's team for your excellence!

The fridge wasn't working very well, but the staff quickly give us solutions in order to keep cold our drinks. The staff was resolving and helpfull, that what it matters at the ends!

The room excellent as in the pictures, very clean, with good air conditioning, the beds very comfortable and room quite, you can really rest, everything you need for a perfect stay, the staff was extremely friendly and professional, we arrived a bit early but the room was ready and the girl from the reception was kind enough to offer us to check in earlier. I also must express our gratitude to the receptionist Dukas, who was very welcoming and kind, reccomended us good restaurant and beaches nearby about 15-20 min with car. Since we were traveling with a car, they provided us a free parking infront of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and offered not too many but very sufficient choice . Definitely worth the money and no doubt we will stay there every time when in Katerini. I definitely recommend and compared offer and price I guarantee this is the best choice no doubt!

That I had to leave

A very convenient Hotel, for those who travel to Katerini for work. In the heart of the city and walking distance to all. The staff is very Friendly and always at your disposal to help. Also the most important thing for me, the rooms are extra clean. Breakfast is decent also.

The rooms are a bit outdated and could use some renovation in the future. However I didn't mind the simple decoration.

Friendly reception in the evening. The guy even came to show us the complementary parking just around the corner. Bed, while a little low, was comfortable. Bathroom with washing supplies. Good shower pressure. Adequate breakfast. Very good location.

For a longer stay might feel a little cramped or claustrophobic, because the window was facing directly another wall.

Good breakfast - plenty of options. Room was a good size and everything worked.

There was a leak from the shower cubicle, never could work out where. Managed to forget to hand back my key, contacted hotel to inform them, they were a little intransigent as to how it was sent back despite it being Sat of a 3 day weekend. All resolved in the end. sent using Boxnow

THe breakfast was good and there is a nice garden to have breakfast out when the weather is nice. The staff was very nice and polite, they helped for parking and advised what to visit in and round the city

Parking was a problem since the available places were occupied and nearby streets were full of cars. It is possible to find a place in nearby streets but you need time.

Staying at the little hotel was perfect for me the staff were very helpful very kind very compassionate the price was perfect the location was great for me

For me personally there wasn't anything I didn't like the lady her name was Joy I think she was so pleasant and sweet whatever we needed for breakfast great the food was great the atmosphere is great with the people were great I recommend this hotel

The location was excelent. The staff were sensational, they were very attentive. Breakfact was excelent too. The staff interacted with us to ensure we had the right coffee, ie. filtered, greek etc. The dining room was very relaxing too. Even going the extra mile to esort my wife to the nearest physio for treatment when she needed it.

The location was great, vey close to the city centre, shopping, restaurants. And a short bus ride to Paralia beach on hot days.

Well run hotel. Great location. Helpful and friendly staff.

The only small issue would be that the breakfast coffee was dispensed from a large thermos flask. It was hot when fresh, but cool most mornings. Perhaps they should invest in a coffee machine, which most hotels have.

We arrive late at night and Yanni was there to help us with parking and was exceptionally helpful in finding somewhere to eat

The property was absolutely fantastic. Everything we needed and the breakfast in the morning was exceptional also.
