Quite well rated for an economy motel. No elevator (two story), but to be expected with this type and age of motel. Fridg worked fine. Good bed, shower, plumbing. Quiet (second floor). Clean.

No breakfast and no coffee maker in the room, which I expected. I stayed in a small town motel for less than $90 inclusive in Nebraska a week prior. This room was $105, slightly smaller, and the Nebraska motel had a simple breakfast. Perhaps the cost of doing business is higher in Iowa.

This place has a genuinely warm welcoming couple as hosts. While it's true that the bathrooms are no bigger than a standard clothes closet, the room itself is spacious and the bed quite comfortable. Refrigerator, microwave, and lounger/rocker chair are welcome touches. We never eat dreadful motel breakfasts so that wasn't missed, but the coffee was appreciated.

The positives outweigh the negatives at this place.

This place was a hidden gem. Super friendly staff, a comfortable bed, and hot coffee in the morning. You would be hard pressed to find another hotel this nice for under a hundred bucks a night.

The only drawback was a small bathroom. But the tub was big and the shower head pressure will knock a small person down if they aren't prepared!

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed was great. The Wi-Fi worked well. Everything was quiet and safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful and offered me tips for useful places around town. I would definitely stay here again.

The room felt like home. Everything was clean and comfortable, with a nice size refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom was small, but, worked just fine. Our room had a king size bed that was surprisingly one of the best beds I have slept in while traveling.

It would have been nice to have a small coffee pot in the room to get going. Also had a strong paint smell in the lobby and hallway.

We were just looking for an affordable clean room with a hot shower as a layover out of the hussle and bustle of Omaha. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend and stay again.

This is a hotel owned and managed by a delightful couple. I stayed here about 5 years ago and this is where I wanted to stay again. It is NOT a corporate place, which I think is a compliment. I knew that breakfast was not included (and why - no space, people abused the service and there is a pretty good supermarket across the road). There's a modern refrigerator and microwave in the room. Lots of other food places along 11th Street. Newly updated and clean. A recliner in the room! Safe. Quiet. On this trip I stayed at hotels of several corporate brands, and they weren't as clean and well-maintained as Deluxe Inn. If you want corporate, there are choices out by the highway. If you want something small, owners on site, and you can "go with the flow" then I highly recommend Deluxe Inn.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Easy to find and check in. Simple, but high quality lodging at a good value. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. All the amenities we needed.

It was clean, the staff was amazing, and great location! Will definitely stay again if in the area.

The lobby is very warm. The room air was not on until we got the room.

The staff were fantastic! Check in and check out was very pleasant - very nice people. The thing that really got me was that my daughter ended up leaving her favorite stuffed animal that she’s had since infancy there. They called me when they found it in the room, but we were already out of state. They shipped it back to my address two states away! I’m still blown away by how nice that was, and I’ll never forget. Thank you!

Bed was a little firmer than I prefer, but that’s just preference. No breakfast I think because of COVID. I’d still come back though. It was a convenient stop on our route, the room was clean, and the owners are wonderful people.
