The rooms are fairly good, especially compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Dien Bien Phu. Good parking,good location.

I've no complaints about this hotel. I would stay here again.

Manager spoke excellent English and answered all my queries.The receptionist (a young and energetic woman) and I communicated via a phone application .She was friendly and helpful. I had to change my travel plan due to an emergency .The manager offered me a refund.I wish Pharma hotel the very best! Icing on the cake Pharma hotel is located very close to the town center.

Beds are a bit hard

If you like stonehard mattresses it's just a perfect hotel. But for me mattresses like those are torture

The bed is rockhard, but when I asked for another quilt or a big blanket to lay under me, they responded very quickly.

This is not a good place for foreigners. They try to help you, but they don‘t know any English.

The room was comfortable and the barking neighbourhood dogs were a minor annoyance. The area is very safe and within walking distance to the war comemorative sites.

This should be rated as a guesthouse as the staff do not speak any English. Secondly, there is no breakfast and nowhere in the vicinity to take breakfast.
