Rooms located to the right of the front desk have a unique location, next to the golf course and easy access to the restaurant. The infrastructure is older than other sections of the hotel but that is a plus of the property y in my opinion, because it is carefully maintained. The housekeeping, parking, and the front desk are so attentive and ready to help. Kudos to front desk employees Ricardo and Elizabeth for their care and professionalism.

Location: for my purpose, the best. The facilities are very well-kept, and the restaurant and all staff were superb. A special mention to Mr. Ignacio, who is a star employee serving customers. The front desk staff is professional and efficient. Special mention to Mr. Ricardo and Ms. Elizabeth, who are indispensable and irreplaceable as the face of the hotel. Housekeeping is methodical and timely with cleanliness.

KUDOS to two exceptional employees at the front reception desk: ELIZABETH and RICARDO. I have witnessed how efficient, professional, polite, and helpful they are. This has happened time after time since I have been staying at CR since 2023. They deserve recognition by management.

I thought the rooms looked a little old with colors, ugly color floor, etc. I also did not like that the a/c only went to a certain temperature and was not individually controlled in my room AND there was NO FAN THAT I COULD USE AS IN OTHER HOTELS THAT HAD THE SAME SETUP.

They let us check-in early and check-out late with no charge. Nice pool.

The restaurant in the hotel is expensive and there was no menu in the room. I had to go down to order and they still charged me for room service. Other thing quite strange is the long way to the room and the need to take two elevators to reach a second floor room.

After being a permanent client for CR Puebla, I got a very nice upgrade in my room; although it was ajust a bit cold, I solved it with heating system. Location, food at restaurant , everything made my stay very pleasant. Also mention the associate at the counter when I arrived --> full disposition and kind to deliver what I needed, yes, that includes painful invoice process.

Location and hotel was nice. I would consider staying here again in the near future.

I hated with a passion how far the rooms were from the main lobby. That was the only downside. I believe this would be a dealbreaker. I had regular 4 rooms and 2 suites.

2 bedroom room is very spacious and clean

kitchen had absolutely no appliances - no cups, plates, knives or forks, nothing. we asked and they sent something from the restaurant but not complete

Location is great, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are cozy and comfortable.

It would be great if they could offer higher quality coffee.

Location was good

No privacy into the room. The shower has a window front your bed. Then are a mirror. If you look a mirror you can see how the people is peeing or pooping. We need more privacy into the room
