Location is perfect for exploring the town of Ellwangen, you can walk to the main part of town, plenty of restaurants, etc. Still close enough to the highway to get to bigger cities quickly. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and communicates pretty well in English which is always a bonus in these smaller towns away from the big cities.

The open shower makes it impossible not to get water all over the bathroom floor. A shower curtain would be my only recommendation for this hotel.

The most modern hotel in Ellwangen, I always choose here when traveling. Wifi never an issue, A/C in the summer, warm rooms in the winter. Breakfast is always good, and the staff is always friendly.

I wish there was separate shampoo instead of the all in one shampoo/body wash. the comforter is a little small. OK when traveling alone, but would make it interesting if you had to share!

We've stayed here a few times on business having. The rooms are new, super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style and always great/fresh. The team always look after any requests for scrambled eggs and so on. The hotel is very new so everything is perfect. There is no restaurant on-site, but you can sit downstairs with a laptop and work, there are also several choices for food in the evening all within walking distance (10/15 Mins max). A cool beer or non-alcoholic drink is always available in the evening even after the reception is closed.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We felt well looked after, helping us with information and taxi booking after our initially booked taxi was late. The room was good, and the location was easy to get to from the train station and very close to the town centre.

Very central in ellwangen ! The city center is very close and the hotel is very clean and staff super friendly ! All the time that I visit Ellwangen I am staying here !

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating and helpful even with the hotel being sold out. It may have been a communication issue. The location is wonderful and I loved the history in this town.

The only comment I would make is to provide a washcloth. When we asked for one we were given small towels instead.

The breakfast had a good, healthy selection. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the town center.

We reached in the midnight for overnight stay and checked out in the morning. The staff was nice to keep the keys ready and handy for self check in. It was a comfortable stay.
