The staff and convenience were the biggest factors for us! Under $100 and the KINDEST staff ever! Haffi was the man running the front desk and he was AMAZING! Kind to both of us and our cat! Made sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything just to give him a call. Haffi is a 10/10 for us! We will definitely be staying here next time we’re in town!

Only things i could mention are a couple of bugs that we were told about in advance (a couple fruit flies and ants) nothing that bothered us at all just noticed them!

We met the new owner and could see the changes he is making to upgrade the property. Very friendly staff and the owner especially was outstanding. He took us to and opened the door for us. He offered his assistance if needed to bring our bags in. We suggest you ask for an upstairs room, better view and very quiet.

It’s a work in progress and updates are being made. With that being said, we had no complaints!

The property manager is kind, caring and respectful. He is adding new rooms to the hotel and getting it up to shape. A few touches like new paint and fresh grass. He seems to want everyone to have a better stay. I hope he get that hotel to 3 maybe 4 stars

bathroom in desperate need of remodel, no adequate pet area, no breakfast as advertised, cleaning standards should be higher but for small town accommodations and for the price, my family really enjoyed it and made due with what was there.

The property out by the street is a little rundown.

Service exceeded my expectations and hotel was recently renovated. The clerk at the check-in was friendly and attentive and went out of his way to ensure I had a comfortable stay, I would not hesitate to come back in the future.

The room appeared to be recently renovated, looked nice, and everything worked. The staff upgraded us from a queen to a king room for free and on their on volition! Internet worked good!

The exterior wasn't perfect, but it seemed like they were improving where they could.
