The place is clean, The deluxe room is huge and nice. The breakfast is good

We asked for champagne glasses and we were told if we break we have to pay: I didn't like that, I didn't feel comfortable using them further.

Their breakfast was to die for! The staff is incredibly sweet and amazing, absolutely loved our stay there and I will DEFINITELY be going back soon. Can't wait to experience it more and stay a tad bit longer.

I would advice that you travel using your own car because it is so far from literally everything and getting a bolt or a delivery is so difficult, we had bolt drivers cancel on us every single morning because no one wants to pick up from there. It is far from everything.

The breakfast was good, however if you stay for more than 1 night then its the same breakfast everyday. Both the receptionist Nicholas and Khuthadzo were great. Nicholas went an extra mile to explain the history of the stunning artwork and the great quality furniture. We ended up going to visit the artist Bebeda and bought quite a few items. Phenomenal young man, Bebeda. The rooms were super spacious, with great furniture, walk in closet(room1) and sufficient natural lighting. The owner is a minimalist with great taste and therefore you appeciate both the art and space in your room. The lock up garage for double cab bakkies is a bonus. Please update your pictures in the website, the current photos do not do justice to this amazing place. We are definitely coming back and I'm already spreading the word of mouth. From here you can only go upward.

The shower in Room 1 does not permit fast draining and you end up having pool of dirty water. The bathtub in Room 4 does not close properly and therefore you need to constantly refill the water and we did not enjoy the bath.

was ok, but would do with a little more personal service rather than pre-packed food. Guests are served food which was already dished into plates and stored for when the guests get to the table, as a result, the food is not entirely hot and fresh

The size of the rooms, the bathroom, the balcony though the view is not to my taste. the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the facility

Service from the Staff and their good attitude and good communication skills n explanations as well as Breakfast Meals was exceptionally.

Depending of availability of land Space, ensure plans to increase Parking inside the premises to avoid congestion of vehicles blocking each other while others are inside the rooms. Other than this no any other thing o didn't like.

Property is Nice 👌🏼 and has the right look with gorgeous art, door from the room towards the pool Friendly Staff

The short strip from the main road to the accommodation isn’t the smoothest drive, not ideal for low cars The wardrobes could be cleaner Maybe consider bottled water in the fridge given the weather Woke up early hours thirsty and didn’t have any water to drink

When I first got to the area I thought that all the images we saw were fake, but upon arrival I was so impressed, lol it’s basically like finding a diamond in the rough. Surrounding areas look as if you’re in a real hotel then when you arrive at ANISA it’s as if you’ve just entered a 5 Star Guesthouse in Sandton. Was really impressed, it’s absolutely beautiful

I wouldn’t say this is something I don’t like, but the shower in our room had bad drainage, so the water overflowed and caused an inconvenience for us

The guesthouse was beautiful, and we enjoyed the pool. Friendly staff.

The shower drain in Room 5 is slow when a lot of water pressure is used and the water leaks out of the shower frame causing a lot of cleanup and causes as hazard if someone were to slip on the pool of water but when using normal water pressure, there are no leaks and the water stays in the shower, just don’t open the shower on full blast. The bathtub cannot hold water, meaning the prop somewhere somehow lets out water from the tub so you cannot take a long bath as you’ll soon end up having a dry bath with no water.

Amazing breakfast, Staff was great and helpful, Room was beautiful and clean

1) The road to the property is quite bad 2) there is signage leading to the property but not at the actual property, so signage at the property would be great. 3) Please also offer soft pillows, was a struggle to sleep due to the hard pillows
