The size of the room was large as advertised. The selection of pillows from hard to soft and the number of pillows provided was perfect. The breakfast variety was perfect: warm egg omelet with cheese, sausage links, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, etc; something for everyone. I was especially impressed with the guava juice and selection of drinks available: four kinds of juice, coffee, tea, hot coco, milk, water. The kids loved the waffles and my husband, as a self-proclaimed connoisseur of biscuits and gravy, said he would stay here again based on those. The TV selection was great, we were able to catch the hockey playoff games. Having a microwave and fridge was a major bonus, it helped us stay on budget. We did not use the laundry facilities, but having that available makes this a highly desirable location for our next visit. There is a nice, large grassy area in the lot that was perfect for the kids to run off some energy and to play catch. Even the provided lotion smelled great. We also did not need a razor or toothbrush but knowing they are available complementary, if needed, just adds to the total package of a great stay.

The trash cans in the rooms seem to be standard hotel size, but for a family of four they are a bit small, would be nice to have them a bit bigger.

The motel was easy to find, the room was spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast was served in the restaurant in the car park and it was very good. It was quiet when we were there so it was a nice place to stop for a night as we were going through the area.

The bathroom wasn't all that clean, the toilet seat and floor behind the door needed more attention.

The customer service was really amazing and very accommodating. The breakfast was a nice Suprise, as it was a hot breakfast and not just a cereal bar. Even though our room was not as pictured, the staff was very accommodating on upgrading our room to a King/Queen which was nice and on the first floor so no stairs to climb...

The website stated that the hotel had a gym, and our room was supposed to have a recliner (which was a selling point for my husband). The room did not have a recliner as pictured on the website.

Heidi, the lady who supervises the breakfast bar, was a joy to talk with, and we really appreciated her kindness. The room was clean and everything worked well.

The mattress was not particularly comfortable; it felt old and tired.

Motel setting,we had carry luggage upstairs. Laundry and breakfast are at separate buildings. These are how the motel was built, not easy for them to improve.

Both my friend and I enjoyed the breakfast each morning we were there. It helped us get through the school days we had to attend. I very much enjoyed it.

The ice machine was located in an adjacent building with the laundry. To get to the building, the parking lot was full of deep pot holes. I turned in my key at check out then went to get some ice. You had to have your room key to get ice. That was very inconvenient. The condition of the parking lot was not good. The bed was not very comfortable. The mattress felt older and hard.

This is one of our very favorite places to stay. The room is immaculate, the beds are super-comfortable and the room is quite large. It is always such a cozy place to stay.
