If you are staying in or near Vasto, this is the place to stay! Fabio and his family are first class hosts! The property is gorgeous and has a great view of the sunrise over the Adriatic Sea. My family arrived later than expected and Fabio was waiting for us at the gate. The property is immaculately kept with a great setting. The breakfast was more than enough with fresh fruits and juices and homemade pastries. Even with guests staying in multiple units, Fabio remembered the specifics of our breakfast from the previous day down to the amount of eggs we all ate. We will be staying here again. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in area, don't waste your time looking anywhere else. If there is any availability, this is the place you want to stay.

This property more than met our expectations.

Perfect. An island of calm, silence and comfort. I, a person who was looking for a hotel/villa by the sea and with a pool, but when I got to this place I continued my stay twice). The view is incredibly beautiful, the sunsets and sunrises here are amazing, the birds singing and sounds are complete relaxation. Modern, new, clean room. Good breakfasts. The owner and his wife take care of the guests, are always there, very nice people.

My husband and I stayed at Colle Selvotta one night. The property is very nice, well kept and located in a beautiful and peaceful area few kilometers from Vasto. It offers a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and the sea. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean and it had a terrace. The host, Fabio, is a very attentive, enthusiastic, helpful and friendly person. He made us feel right at home. The property offers a very good continental breakfast with many different options of homemade products, jams, fruit, yogurt, all in abundance.

An exceptional location, wonderful with a breathtaking view. Very clean. Room with all comforts  A staff always available and attentive to guests' needs.

Lovely people. Very accommodating. I needed to Find a taxi to pick me up at 2am. Not a typical request. But Fabio found a very good driver, making the beginning of my train-bound Rome travel much less stressful. Thank you Fabio!

An oasis in the hills away from the hustle and bustle of Vasto. Excellent host. Great views over the Adriatic. Perfect for a smoothing relaxing stay. But you definitely need a car!

The views were spectacular and the balcony was a good size for sitting out. Breakfast was a feast and extra coffee supplied if so wished. The host, Fabien, was very attentive.

Only use booking.com directions to get there. Our car’s SAT NAV was confusing.
