Front desk was super friendly. Once we realized the room temperature/heating was not adjustable and window could not be open, we decided to switch to bigger rooms and front desk folks were quite helpful to accommodate to our needs

Nice river view from the high floors, comfortable bed, friendly staff and good location for nighttime river bank walks.
The hotel feels a little tired, my room needed some renovation. Cleanliness could be improved - there were some hairs in bathtub. A/C was barely working.
