This place was fabulous! There were cozy corners to sit and read, a lounge for snacks and games, outstanding music playing at all times in common areas. It was quaint and cozy and just utterly delightful. They set a new bar for a cozy hotel atmosphere. Very laid back and eclectic. Oh, and I can't forget the absolutely delicious included breakfast. Hundred percent recommend this hotel for an easy going, laid back stay.

Need enclosed showers, it was just a minor inconvenience as water went all over while showering, but certainly not enough to keep me from loving the entire experience.

It was in a great location for us, right at the end of the Main Street with loads of local eateries, easy walk to the port, parks and beach. The staff were lovely. The lounge areas and games available were a great addition. Breakfast was lovely too.

The beds weren’t too comfortable and even though we had a triple room it really want very big for 3 people and all our luggage and the desk was broken which made moving it difficult but I am being very picky. These were minor things. If they had bikes for kids too that would have made the trip for us amazing.

Extraordinary hotel due its original decoration, very special. It puts a smile on our face. Additionally we were very pleasantly surprised by the lounge with all its games, feee coffee, table football and the record player with a huge collection of 70’s en 80’s records. Pure gold. But not to forget rooms were very original decorated.

Despite all this praise, there are also things to improve. It’s one thing to still accommodate smokers but incomprehensible why this is done right in front of the entrance so one constantly has to go through cigarette air. Very unpleasant. The other things is the shower where the curtains are to wide for the (very shallow) basin which floods your bathroom floor.

I’ve stayed here before and it doesn’t disappoint, it’s a lovely hotel with a great home feeling and ideally located near the harbour. There are lots of nice touches like free coffee, pub games, books to read and even a vinyl record selection - how cool. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is very fresh and a reasonable selection given the size of the hotel. Nice decor throughout, very artistic!

Nothing really, the only odd thing (which reminded me of Covid times) was that they insist on you wearing plastic gloves for breakfast, not sure why and a little strange to me but no hardship.

This is a lovely little hotel with a great decoration. Twisty corridors and staircases, amazing coffee room / lounge, fantastic LP collection (that the guests can play, if they're very careful), soooo many details that catch the eye everywhere! My room was quiet, and the bathroom huge. Great choice at the breakfast buffet. Free parking for guests (remember to register your car at the reception). The location is pretty good, between the small harbour and the pedestrian area of the city. It was a bit dead in the evening when I was there, but there were still multiple dinner options within a few blocks.

The parking next to the hotel is really tight. My bathroom window was opposite a windowless wall, and couldn't be looked into. So they didn't provide any frosting or blind of any sort; the windows was just plain, clear glass. And let me tell you, despite knowing that *nobody* could look at me in there, it was rather unsettling! Not a problem if you like to poop with friends, though.

Vibey hotel with homey feel .. if dogs roaming around downstairs with other peoples pets is not your thing I would consider another hotel but if animals and cool rock memorabilia is …. You will like here.

The plastic gloves to be worn at breakfast for self serve buffet could be an issue for some .. it’s a reminder Covid has not stopped.. personally I liked it shows the high level of hygiene

Great location. Very sweet and helpful stuff, comfortable bed, nice and cozy interior, relaxing atmosphere, big and tasty breakfast with variety of choice.

It was hot and humid at sommer night. Even though we had a big fan on the ceiling, we could not find out how to turn it on. None of switches we tried were connected to it.

we love this little home away from home. We stay here every year for the dog show nearby and enjoy the weekend away. It is comfortable, love the lounge and the honor bar. I love that dogs are allowed everywhere and the staff is very helpful. You can tell it is run with love

I wish there was an elevator, when traveling with lots of dog stuff, it makes it much easier

The room had a "pleasantly quiet without being boring" balance, and the hotel interior in general was slightly quirky without overdoing it, pleasant and clean but not sterile. Breakfast was a lot nicer than usual for the price-point, a couple of levels above franchises like Wakeup.

There was a bit of noise outside, but that's hard to avoid with such a central location, especially for a Saturday night.

Good location next to the old habour and next to several bars and restaurants (may be little bit loud outside, but thats not the hotels fault...) Easy late check in via door code. Friendly and helpful staff. Interieur nicely decorated. Drinks & snacks available 24/7 on trust basis.

Parking space very limited, also "free public parking" only very few around. Avoid the big "public" pay car park diagonally opposite, very expensive... Dogs and other pets are allowed, although carpeted throughout the rooms. My room was hot (no A/C) and musty with a smell of cold smoke -not very pleasant for allergy sufferers. Floormat missing in the bathroom. Strange "plastic gloves" obligation for breakfast (presumably for reasons of hygiene) but on the other hand two dogs are roaming around... Plastic dishes at breakfast
