Comfortable bed, accommodating staff who seemed genuinely pleased to greet us. Quiet enough room enabled a good sleep

We are European travellers and although we've been to India before we were unprepared for the unfamiliar menu with no explanation of content, at Dinner. No European food or frankly, recognizable products available, so we unfortunately gave it a miss. Breakfast was an improvement so at least we moved on fed!

The hotel room was comfortable and well ventilated. The staff was very courteous. Mr Clement the Manager was very generous with information and assistance. The Food was especially generous in serving and very tasty.

I preferred an Iron Box to Iron my Clothes. I would prefer option for vrat choices in food menu. Shivaratri Vrat food choices like Shabudana, peppercorn lime and honey drink. Would be preferred.

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Delicious food (we had dinner and breakfast). Ice cold beers in frozen glasses :-)

Friendly and helpful staff, a great place to base our work out of. Excellent food from the restaurant which was very clean with attentive staff. Would highly recomend the Mastiff to both westerners who are working in the area and locals who are looking for a good friendly clean place to stay in Gulbarga.

Really can't fault much, an excellent place to stay.

Everything was good , smooth check in and staff was polite, room was very clean, washroom was clean overall I liked it , definitely I would suggest my friends.
