The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always happy to offer recommemdations and directions. The lobby was an impressive space, very clean and smells lovely! The bedrooms were a very good size, bathrooms nice and spacious. Fantastic powerful shower!

Breakfast isn't the greatest unfortunately. Better options required. Pastries didn't look or taste fresh.

The breakfast and restaurant views are exceptional. Staying in the deluxe room is necessary because it’s only 10$ more and the smaller sized one has no window. You can’t tell what time of day it is. I still wish the property would pump warm air into the rooms in the evenings. They tell you that you are set up to be warm but it never works because the floor is on the same unit and they try to make a happy medium. It wasn’t too cold but not warm as I like to be. I’ve stayed at the properly before (also in December) and know it’s a losing battle to get more than an hour of heat at night. But it’s very comfortable with blankets or in the day. No one smokes on the non smoking floors which is a bonus!

Not being able to control the warm air in my room. it’s pretty minor, as I’m always there in a period that the days are very warm and the evenings are cool/cold.

Too much spraying the air in rooms and hallways. This is detrimental to health and this chemicals are mostly carcinogenic. Would be great if they stop spraying so much for health reasons.

Great stuff, great breakfast, great location and good value of $$$. Stuff make you feel home and very comfortable. It's a great place to stay specially if you are not from the area.

the reception employee is excellent and helpful, their service is worth 6 star, only issue is room space is not small

I loved my stay at the Bilitom Hotel, and I will definitely stay here again whenever I am in Baghdad. The hotel is beautifully appointed, well kept and very clean. It is in a great location and very safe and secure. They have a great breakfast available. The room was very quiet, and clean with a beautiful view. Great bathroom and shower! It was also a nice sized room and it was so comfortable.
