The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The facilities were very nice but the swimming pool was basically a wading pool and not designed for doing laps. The top floor restaurant was very pleasant and the food was very good. The rooms were only average in size but very comfortable.

You had to be parked in the parking lots before 5pm or you were pretty much out of luck but the staff, including the owner do everything possible to get late arrivals parked up for the night.

It’s getting Little tired and getting to the stage it requires quite a bit of up keep. The first thing that greets you is the front desk and it look like your entering a two star hotel but , your not .

Room very modern and the pool also. Very beautiful view of sunset from roof top bar.

Breakfast is till 10 O'clock but the staff start to clear up from 9:45 O'clock that is uncomfortable for the guest. The staff always using their mobile phone even if they are on duty. The Staff is very friendly and helpful but they need traing, for example Gin Tonic served with beer glass is absolutely no go.

Good location, good breakfast, pleasant staff and new hotel.

The staff would not allow us to use the stairs, reason is because they use the stairs as a storage room. This was disturbing because in case of fire we would be in big trouble, the stairs were littered with their hotel equipment. We were on the 2nd floor and sometimes we would have to wait 5+ minutes for the elevator because it was being used and the stairs were right there but we couldn't use them.

The design: beauty, comfort, and privacy The wide window allowing the warm sunlight to shine over the bed is just an absolute good experience.

The staff weren’t very helpful, especially with the bags. We stopped at the drop off on the way in, there was no staff. we had to carry all the luggages half way to the lobby before anyone came to help. There was also no phone in the room. Therefore, it wasn’t possible to call anyone to help on the check out. So, we carried the everything ourselves, which was still ok. Once we were on the first floor, a staff saw us and pretended to not see us. He literally turned his face away. I was going to give a 10 but this just pulled everything down for me. Otherwise, the hotel is absolutely well designed. It’s pretty and it’s very comfortable, but the service is just off.

Great breakfast. Nice and clean rooms with good view. Nice and friendly staff. Nice pool in on first floor and on the top floor. Nice rooftop bar with amazing views over the city.

The pressure for the water in the shower could be better, but it was normal for Thailand i think.

Nice Hotel with a modern and pleasant architecture. Cool Pools (in the green garden and on the rooftop too). International dishes (written as Italian but a Cowboy Burger is maybe a bit more US…). Wine card a bit short but ok. Cocktails are good.

If you eat together then international dishes should come at the same time. Otherwise one person has to wait. For Thai dishes different arrival times are no problem. And the wine should come before the starters or main courses.

Like the cleanliness. Beautifu architech & the garden. Inexpensive buffet breakfast ! Especially roof top view & enjoyable food & drink 🍸 😋 there with the band in the evening !

Should hv one more shower head hanger installed higher. & More light at nite for people checking out at night time, especially, step outside Font area.

Great resort, spacious rooms and bathroom & comfortable bed a rare find in Thailand .. will be back 👍 staff super friendly and welcoming great rooftop bar also for dinner and live music .. also coffee shop with good coffee & cakes.

Modern upmarket hotel with big, clean rooms and bathrooms. The rooftop restaurant and bar were the highlight, but the coffee shop downstairs was an added bonus.

The location was out of town, and the entrance was tricky to see from the road.
