From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted and treated like VIPs! I travel to many hotels and I'm sorry I can't remember his name, (it started with the letter M) but, he was so professional and walked us from the reception desk to our room and explained emergency exits, the reception number, and made himself available that night if we needed anything. The next morning he greeted us again and walked us out to the shuttle and was so respectful. He stayed outside at the door entrance until we left. I've never felt so welcome and I have told all my friends and family of this experience. The reception desk staff was also very nice. They provide shuttle service, although you can actually walk because it's so close to the airport.

The staffs at the reception are really nice. I can have the necessary daily items such toothbrush, razor, facial cleaner, facial lotion, coffee, tea, etc at the lobby by myself instead of wasting the stuffs that I don't need comparing to other hotels. The location is near the Hiroshima airport, just 5minutes walk or you can also book the shuttle bus to pick you up at the airport to hotel by phone.

I found there is one 1-time use indoor slipper under my bed during I drop my charger and I was finding at the bottom of my bed. It seems like this one already been left for a long time and I am wondering do they vacuum the carpet.. The light in the room is not bright enough for working and the WiFi quality is not very good. The desk is broken at the bottom side.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now. As the airport is quite some distance from the city, it provides an excellent place to stay if you have an early flight. You can walk from the hotel to the airport in about 3 minutes, although they do provide a bus if you don't fancy shifting your luggage along. The hotel is spacious and clean. It's nothing super fancy but performs beyond the price charged.

I don't have anything negative to say really. Perhaps if the window opened? But with this sort of hotel, you only stay there to rest before or after a flight and so your time there is limited.

We had to check out before breakfast time and the kitchen prepared us an incredibly good Bento breakfast box including orange juice to go. All the staff is amazing and was the friendliest one we ever had in our long travel history. They even arranged an extra air port bus shuttle for us to be at the airport before the official shuttle service started. Thank you so much for your great job!

Everything was perfect. Nothing bad at all.

The hotel is very close to the airport which is why I stayed there, as I had an early morning flight. Despite being near the airport The noise from planes is not noticeable. A free shuttle bus is available on a frequent basis. The hotel is spacious, very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is in a beautiful nature-filled, park-like environment.

Breakfast was very excellent, although the space was a bit small. You should choose an appropriate time for breakfast to avoid busy times; the front staff may suggest an appropriate time for your breakfast. They have a parking space; you can park your car without extra charge.

Everything was very good, although the price was high for a single night stay. It may be discounted when you have a longer stay.

It was elegant with a spacious room. Everywhere was super clean. If we could give it 12 stars, we would. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very easy. We were able to walk to the airport terminal for our early morning flight. We will stay again the next time we are in Hiroshima.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Breakfast was very good. I enjoyed local foods. A variety of Japanese cuisines are available, and all of them taste good. Although the hotel is located near the airport, I had no noise in the room. It is very quiet.

Probably, they had some repairs in the networks, the WIFI signals were very weak and frequently broke the connection. It should be a temporal trouble.

The hotel is in very short proximity to Hiroshima Airport. I landed at about 9PM with several family members and a lot of bags. The hotel offered to call a shuttle to pick me up, but we I decided to walk. It was about a 5 minute walk from the airport with all our bags. Extremely convenient. And the best part - AIR CONDITIONING! Staff was extremely kind.

Customer service was courteous and efficient. Location was great, close to main shopping area and close to tram station. Main tourist spots are easily accessed on foot. Plenty of car parks nearby. The rooms were clean with comfortable bed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
