Clean and spacious room, comfy mattress.

We just checked in, and an hour later, the ceiling started leaking. The light fixture at the entrance wasn't working properly and kept flickering. We were quickly moved to a neighboring room 205 within 5 minutes. It was clean, but the hotel's air conditioning system outside was so noisy all night. Our previous room was farther away. The hotel wasn't fully booked, so there was no need to place a family with a child next to a noisy unit. We were very tired after being at the lake and didn't have the energy to request another room, especially since it took us a while to realize what was making the annoying noise.

Very pleasant staff, clean and comfortable bed and room. Breakfast was included. Great spot for a one night stay over, close to the Dinosaur Park and badlands and just off the Trans Canada highway. Would happily use this hotel again.

The breakfast involved a large amount of plastic surrounding each individual piece of food which was a bit shocking to see.

Excellent front desk staff. Generous size room. Very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was basic self-serve, but a lot of choice on offer.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Bedding was good and pillows were okay; but there was something about the queen bed that made it difficult for us to get to sleep. Maybe the mattress was at the end of its life cycle.

The breakfast was basic but provided reasonable variety and quality. The location was convenient. Staff were pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.

I couldn't find how to turn on the shower. There should be a sign because the location of the button to activate the shower is hidden and hard to find.

Location, cleanliness and pleasent staff

Only thing that comes to mind is that birds perch on front entrance overhang resulting in droppings on ground and potential to get dropped on. I suggest a bird spike strip along the outer edge of overhang or a owl statue to mitigate the issue

Breakfast was the only negative .We did try to eat the pre package food but it was unable to get it out of the paper wrappers .The trash fruit was quite good ,along with the coffee.

Breakfast selection ,maybe have a machine to make fresh waffles !!

We enjoyed everything about this place, as we did last time we stayed! Spacious, comfortable room and beds, quiet air conditioning, welcoming staff, good breakfast - all for a super good price. We'll be back!

Property was great. Comfortable and clean and rooms / suites were spacious.

I should not have booked the breakfast package because Tim Horton's is only a few doors down. :) We had to leave early and breakfast was only starting. Only cold foods - cold cuts and cheese, etc. was available. In any case, i prefer the breakfast sandwiches at Tim Horton's. :)

The woman who checked us in was the most unfriendly front desk person I have ever met. Took her forever to check us in and then put us in the room closest to the elevator and the ice machine for maximum noise when the hotel was no where near capacity

The hotel was bright and cheery, great staff and welcoming. We checked in and were pleased with the room, bed was comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were clean and worked well. Cleaning staff was helpful as well.
