Location was very easy to find. Interactions with front desk staff were great. Very friendly and helpful.

Our only downfall was that the bed was somewhat uncomfortable. But the room was clean and the bathroom was quite nice.

The location was very good. Breakfast was included in the rate and was excellent. Some of the restaurant staff had called in sick the day we arrived, so we weren't able to have dinner in the restaurant; however we were able to order take-out, and we ate in the lounge area near the reception desk. All staff personnel were extremely kind and accommodating.

My room didn't have a bathtub. After a long day on the road, I was looking forward to a nice hot bath and had to take a shower instead. Also the TV in my room didn't work. It would come on and then black out and say "no signal." I know I could have called management, but by then I was in my nightgown and decided it wasn't worth it!

Expensive for one night on a road trip in a small town. The kitchen must have been short-staffed because it took quite a long time to get served at breakfast.

The room was QUIET! The refrigerator was quiet, the door didn't allow light in, bathroom was spotless. The staff was friendly, they had a restaurant (the food and service was top notch!)and lounge on site. Best stay, most affordable of our whole trip.

There aren't more exactly like them across the western united states.

The courtyard and accessibility for traveling with pets was excellent.

It was ~$75 higher per night than rooms in Longmont, Colorado and and a couple other towns in WY during the same trip.

What a friendly efficient staff! From the front desk attendants, house cleaners, to the servers at the in house restaurant, everyone was so, so helpful and friendly!

Cost for a one night stay was higher than we prefer to pay.

Do not eat at the pub or restaurant. Food not good and staff was very unfriendly. We waited 1.5 hours for a salad and the waitress was incredibly rude.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the rate. I stayed 12 nights at 7 different locations on this trip and this was the only facility that did not have breakfast.

Our room was near the door to the hotel. It was very loud! Ice machine was out of order on our floor
