Very nice hotel with lovely staff. Fresh breakfast and the restaurant is also very good. The pool was lovely - very refreshing and for once big enough to do real lanes!

Kinds was rich. Bread was delicious. Coffee was good.

Not good for method of filling invoice. At the end the details were still filled in the invoice. Of course I understood the employee's insistence of rules.

Hotel staff was very helpful

All the restaurants were closed during our stay.

It would have helped me if some of the staff talked a bit more english.

Old mattress

The meals were great. The coastal location was nice. Tennis facilities opposite. Close to the jetty for tours.

There was a constant hum from external AC system. The receptionist was not entirely welcoming, especially she was our first interaction with the hotel. We got the impression that there was a shortage of staff. The swimming pool was out of use. The gift shop was closed. The website gave the impression that tennis was part of their facility with an additional cost, but it was a members only private club.

Big, clean rooms with nice view over the sea. Free parking. The personal at the reception was friwndly and helpful

For a 4star hotel, the breakfast was quite small. It seems they don't care about the environment (plastic coffee bags, plastic babybel cheese,...) When checking in, you have to be cateful about the amount you should pay. In my case, I stayed for 3 nights, but at the reception (the lady was very helpful!) they got a sheet of paper from their boss where they claimes that I should also pay for 2 nights before my stay

They took 2 times the money from us one time by credit card and.one time by cash and they don t.want to give us back 406 euro for 2 nights from 28 nov to 30 nov name Istrate Dinu Lucian

The hotel was right on the beach and also had a decent sized swimming pool The breakfast selection was excellent with a fresh orange juice making machine :-) Room was a good size and clean The hotel bar - La Cage - was amazing. Food and cocktails were phenomenal and service was fantastic - I highly recommend it! I wish I had had a longer time here to enjoy the facilities

The shower in the bathroom could have been improved

The staff was extremely friendly. They helped me with everything. The room size and the sleep quality is ok. Breakfast is really good, but the fact that you need to bring your tray back to the collection is not something I have ever seen in a **** hotel.

The location is really remote, avoid if you don't have your own transport (taxi drivers will reap you off). The bar opens at 01:00pm. So there is no option for you to get anything before that. The restaurant is really expensive (except around 50€/person). The hotel definitely needs some renovation. Now it is not a four star hotel.
