Everything! Exceptional was the homey atmosphere and the hospitality of the owners and staff. We usually meet at the reception area and were allowed to eat at the dining table on certain times we decided to have food delivery. They thought of everything we needed. We felt safe, well rested and secured during our entire stay. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We had no WiFi at the 3rd floor and at the room outside the house. Otherwise there’s WiFi connection in most areas of the house.

Good location in Basco. 2 minutes walk from airport and within 10-15 minutes to anywhere within Basco town. Clean and tidy. Many TV channels to choose from after a day of tours. Breakfast is served promptly per arranged timing, Host bought Milo when he realised we had kids and coffee/tea wouldnt cut. Thanks!

A pity WiFi is only available at the living room. Breakfast limited to cured meat, rice, egg and coffee/tea.

It was walking distance from the airport, so no hassle during checkout time Noel and Evelyn were very dependable, approachable and friendly The place was well manicured and landscaped, a godd place to relax after each day's activities The rooms were clean and good smelling too, toilet working well, hot shower provided There are more things to say, all in all: highly recommended, from a picky customer😊

None that I can think of, except....they could have had a longer pool🥰...

Staff is accommodating and easy to deal with. The location is perfect, 1 min walk to the airport and the town square is 15 min walk. Breakfast is simple but delicious and varied. Beds and linen are comfy.

Pool does not look inviting as the pictures. There are issues with AC but for a remote island like Batanes, repair service is not easy to come by. Housekeeping could be improved.

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were soft, which was very comfortable for us! The staff was lovely and helped us many times with our questions. We were happy that we could extend our stay when our flight got canceled. The AC worked perfectly and there was hot water in the shower.

The water pressure was low and the wifi did not work at all during our stay.

Generally clean, homey, staff will go out of their way to help you, beautiful garden, delicious breakfast

Room kinda dark even if I open all the lights and lampshade, not much options on TV channels, one instance when breakfast wasn’t ready on agreed time, pool doesn’t look it’s cleaned often

Villa de Babat is a rare find. The architect's attention to detail and creative thinking in maximizing the space is truly impressive. He used every aspect of the space to create a visually appealing and practical environment.

Proximity to airport. After checking with google maps it’s just 1 minute from airport and i decided to walk not knowing that i had someone who will pick me up at the airport. The place is cozy and clean. Also tour can be arranged

intermittent internet connection but being off grid for couple of days is also great.

The staff are so friendly. They picked us up from the airport even if their location is just a few minutes walk. Literally just beside the airport. We got stranded in the area due to a strong typhoon but they made sure that we were safe so they secured the windows by covering them.

The wifi was so slow to the point that it wasn't anymore uselful. :(

Clean and comfortable. The staff always pleasant and responsive to our requests. Beautiful garden area and lobby to lounge around makes you feel very at home. The dining area a few steps next door building is lovely in simple good taste.
