I really like the breakfast and the stuff they’re at the breakfast it was surprisingly good and nice

I don’t like how the hotel advertise free shuttle so prior to my arrival they’re like oh no we don’t pick you up at the airport and then they don’t return you to the airport as well the free shuttle was not available when needed the first time and then when it was available it was like you were kind of dumped somewhere and not really told where exactly the entrance was to the place

The staff was super friendly and helpful.

It wasn't easy regulating the temperature in the room, sometimes it would get super cold and other times way to hot in the room.

The hotel was clean. The members of staff were very helpful. I also liked the food. The air-conditioner in my room worked well.

The second lift for guests was broken down all through my stay.

Parking should be included in room rate. Parking stalls seemed insufficient, valet parking staff were very friendly but struggling to keep up with cars being parked in and out. Very limited TV

The location was great, very near the main shopping plaza in the area. The room was comfortable and with the usual comforts that you might want. The staff were helpful.

Breakfast was very hit and miss. One day they run out of mains quite early in the day and the alternatives were not that great. The breakfast service could definitively be improved. This would be a great boost for the hotel overall.

The restaurant is severely understaffed, there should be more people working there. One of the elevators was out of order and the state of the other one was not great.
