I loved my stay. Andaman and the staff went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed. They even drove me to Western Union and stayed with me while I had to wait 2 hours for the money to process. Andaman also took me to a great restaurant. I forgot the other young man's name, but he was so helpful also. The hotel is in a nice quiet green area on the river and not far from the airport. The rooms are lovely with big windows and views. Thank you again for your hospitality!

It's a hotel that's perfect for those wanting a quiet stay away from the centre and the busy sites.

Airy bedroom with windows on two walls, the adjacent open air room with a fabulous outlook over open ground to trees bordering the Periyaar River. As well as grazing cows there was an abundance of fabulous birdlife to watch and birdcalls. There is also a fully accessible rooftop area where you can relax.

Can't think of anything, except the pillows which were really cushions... OK if you like a hard pillow. We'd love to return.

I booked this property because I wanted to stay bit away from the city, relax and unwind. The place was perfect for that. It’s what I expected and got that. You can walk for 10 minutes and will be in the busy street from where you can get autos etc. if you walk for 20-25 minutes you can find metro. I walked all the time except when I went to and from airport.

Bathroom can be a little better

The property is located in a quiet part of Aluva town, and within walking distance of the Aluva River Forest, which is a great place to take a walk, especially in the morning. The property is small, and cozy, and exceptionally clean ( one of the cleanest I have seen so far). The staff was friendly and helpful, and shared information readily. There is no in-house restaurant, but cutlery was made available, on request when I ordered from outside. The pleasant part actually came after I had left, and the staff ( Jithen) called me and told me that I had left behind my laptop charger. I went back and collected my charger. The manager of the property, Zubair was also very polite, and friendly. I will go back to Meghdoot for further stays

Nothing to mention, really. the property is tucked away in a corner of Aluva, and if you are the sort of traveller who looks for an active night life, available within a stone's throw, this is not your kind property. However if you are looking for quiet, peaceful surroundings, this is a great place to come to.

This is the perfect getaway spot, located 100 metres from the riverbank. The rooms are super clean and the attached balcony is great for a chill. The rooftop offers amazing views and sounds of nature. Zubair, Shahana and Jitin offered exceptional service - they go the extra mile for guests. They are very kind. I will stay here again. Very quiet, nice place. Well located near the airport. There is a nice temple, 15 minutes walk, good to visit for sunset. No shops around, so bring your fruits or what you need before you arrive. Various food for lunch/dinner can be ordered by a delivery service.

Very peaceful and calm stay , staff and receptionist was very helpful, we'll definitely visit again. Room is clean and neat, you must visit a lake point near resort, breakfast is decent and they didn't charge us much, thank you mam for that.

Need to change bed equipment and towels should white and blanket should white too,it's not complaint it's a suggestion, we are from hotel industries , overall experience was awesome there..

After 7 weeks of travel (even a week home in hotels and bnbs) they have the best shower I had in all that time! It’s super clean, everybody is super friendly. My stay couldn’t have been better!

The staff was very very nice. The room was clean and they provided a towel as well. Beautiful place with a cat that roams around too <3. Quiet and peaceful.

Toiletries were missing. The bathroom WC was kind if small.

Very good staff behaviour. Nice budget friendly room. AC rooms @ only 1300rs. Neat & clean.

No television in room , Bed was not comfortable.
