The hotel is huge and has a heated pool, gym, swimming pool, a lot of green areas and what looks like small villages that are the rooms where we stay. It's all beautiful! Other guests were there with kids and pets. There are dogs who live in the property. They are absolutely friendly and don't bother the guests. The staff is there to help with anything you need. In the restaurant we had dinner, which is an eat-what-you-want buffet with a few options of salad, pasta, meet and fish, and breakfast: delicious, with several options, an outstanding selection of fruits, and a new dish/juice/cake every morning. There are signs on the road indicating the way to the hotel and on the may highway (BR), about 15 minutes away by car, you can find supermarkets, stores, bakeries, restaurants. I had a relaxing, amazing experience.

The only downside is that we could not find supermarkets and bakeries at a walking distance, so we needed to go to the highway.

Fantastic place for family with children. Swimmingpool with waterfall waw the main attraction, but they also had activities Like horse riding. The area is well maintained, especially the garden. We came across litte issues due to the refurbishment, but thanks to Leandro we received great treatment.

The stuff at the bar was not attentive, the lady when asked for cleaning the tables gave us the product and cloth to do it. The tables at the swimmingpool were not cleaned from one day to another. We had a general feeling the place was understaffed.

Everyone was very accommodating, they went out of their way to be helpful. Very friendly staff. The room was spacious and independent. I slept beautifully. The location was picturesque.

The hotel is so big, with amazing green area all around. The restaurant is very nice. The rooms are very nice and comfortable.

The hotel has good facilities, but they need an upgrade, especially the gym, game room and outside and indoor pool that look old and not so pleasant.

Beautiful and quiet location. Super pet friendly. Good bedding. Awesome strong and very hot shower! Good breakfast (just because of freshed pressed juice)

The service. Almost no employees were present. You have to look for them all the time. Weak lunch, dinner and snacks. Cleaning crew is a little bit loud until 10pm.
